Me and my giance went to brick oven after 2 years of not going to the one in paragould not our of choice we were very satisfied with their service as well just never got around too it, The jonesboro location though whew THAT WAS GOOD! We came in and started slow with just some drinks off of their menu not the best I've ever had but certainly not bad either, we then started with their started we went with the cream cheese stuffed mushrooms and a half order of pizza sticks, in all honesty the mushrooms were lacking they felt a little under done and not stuffed enough but the pizza sticks were thrilling and im not sure if they make the ranch in house or have a provider for it but that was some good ranch, i did ask if they have a corona on draft and they said "No, we prefer to serve corona the way as advertised with a bottle and a lime" i respected that, and asked if they had a bottle they said "No, we ordered it but the supplier failed to deliver" they then proceeded to offered a in house draft with a tester i tried the "Dirty Sally" and boy was that an experince it was good a dry yet sweet taste they then offered me there texas sweet and i wasn't impressed it tasted and felt like every other long Island I have had in the Past, the pizza we went with a chicken bacon ranch and a Margherita pizza the margaherita was far superior to the chicken bacon ranch, in taste, crunch and presentation the chicken bacon ranch was a lackluster pizza over powered by bacon and not nearly enough ranch(however the manager did come out and say they were supposed to do a ranch drizzle and said they would address this issue in the kitchen. This brings me too service, I was blown away by the service our waiter was informative and helpful answered questions I had about the restaurant we were also greeted by the manager, the manager was helpful and very personal even poured my tester draft for me, constantly asked me if there was anything we needed almost to a fault. Honestly they could tone down the customer service a bit but all in all this was a good experince and we will...
Read moreHonestly, if there's another option for dinner... go with the other option. We chose this place because my husband has a gluten allergy and they have gluten free crust. We get seated by the sweetest hostess. Our server seems like she doesn't want to be there. Whatever I get it. We order. Then 5 minutes later our server comes to tell us they are out of gluten free crust. We ask if the cauliflower crust is also gluten free, she says "umm yeah I think so". She leaves. Comes back and says they're out of that too. So he ended up just ordering one of the pizza bowls which was fine. We also had an item that we ordered to-go. We figured that wouldn't be a problem. An hour goes by... the table next to us that has been there for 15 minutes has their food and ours is nowhere to be seen. So we wait some more... husband orders a beer while we wait. We can see the bar from our table and see his beer dying on the counter for 10 minutes. Finally our server brings the beer and lies and says it took so long because the bartender is new.... girl be for real please. Cmon. We end up having to talk to the manager (very nice guy who I genuinely believe is doing his best) he comped our meal, my husband never even got his food so lord knows where it ended up. Long story short- we spent over an hour in this place and still had to go somewhere else for dinner. 🤦🏻♀️
To the owner/manager/whoever reads and replies to these.... do better. Train your staff better. Our server had no idea what was going on. She didn't know anything about the items on the menu and then...
Read moreTypically we love coming here. This time we had our drinks ordered, but wasn’t asked if we wanted to put in for an appetizer in which we certainly did. We finally got the drinks after waiting over 10 minutes, and we put in for our appetizer. Then we order our food and We wait for 40-45 minutes for our food to arrive. I had ordered the loaded pork nachos with no ranch and replace with the white queso, instead they bring a whole order of queso and chips instead of ringing it in as an added topping which ultimately was excessive with the amount of chips. I didn’t even touch the chips that came with the queso, not to mention the queso was near cold and clumpy when we received our food. The expo worker who delivered the food had a horrible attitude and was wanting to battle back and forth about how the food was rang in. I am the customer and consumer, I also know how I ordered my food, therefore DO NOT TRY TO BATTLE ME WHEN SPEAKING ABOUT MY FOOD! We may not return on the account of poor attitudes and lengthy wait times...
