GameStop — Local services in Jonesboro

Went there today and a few days ago, a few problems occurred tonight. Me and my brother (I am 18) attempted to buy Ghosts Of Tsushima, my brother had his card and I was going to pay him back, he took the game to the counter and the girl refused to sell it to me, even while giving her my ID, just because he brought it to the counter. A few days ago we purchased the PS5 and GOW ragnarok bundle, both of us were in the store and we got it problem free after I presented my ID. I understand not wanting to be fined and the like, but simply listening to us...

Tried to use my in-store card which had $216 dollars. Wanted to purchase 180 dollar controller and pay out of pocket for a warranty. I was advised that gamestop doesn't do that and I would have to pay 200+ out of pocket for the controller and a 1year warranty. I've spoken with gamestop in Paragould Searcy, West Memphis and Little Rock and customer service which states that Gamestop can do that. Terrible customer service. The staff couldn’t seem any less interested in helping. They’re always leaned against the counter on their phones and seem bothered when/if you ask them for help. If you try avoid the staff and purchase online to pick up in store, you never get the email saying the order is ready to be picked up. I always have to call for confirmation. Even then I usually have to call two or three times to even get an associate to answer the phone. When they do they are...
