McDonald's — Restaurant in Jonesville

This is the worst McDonalds in about a 50 mile radius of each direction. I truly believe any good review is fake and I have a list of reasons why! Don’t ever come to this McDonald’s expecting fresh food EVER! Because you will be very disappointed…every single time. I’m not exaggerating at all when I say “not fresh” , their burgers are VERY STALE to the point it’s obvious the timer for disposal is WAY PAST DUE. There’s also about a 60% chance they’ll get your order wrong; don’t even expect a plain sandwich bc they’ll have onions scattered all over the burger because their sandwich makers are so messy and worried about drive thru time. You may also be pulled waiting for your food while 6 people are outside smoking cigarettes and talking (most of the time this includes Hope and Michelle which are both veteran managers). Hey guys,I know you guys are busy sometimes. but this time it was pretty slow I still got pulled up to wait for my food after sitting at the order screen like 3 minuets waiting for someone to take my order I had to drive up to the first window to give my order cause no one ever knowledge me. So then she tells me the outer screen is not working OK put a freaking sign up so people not sitting out there like a idiot.so then I asked for two packs of ketchup and one pack of mayonnaise I didn’t get any mayonnaise I ordered a large fry I got a large container but more like a medium fry and it was barely to the curve front part of the box, I get that much with a medium fry!!! for now on I will sit there and check it if it’s not full I will send it back it’s kind a like you stole my money I paid for large got a medium. This visit was pretty much awful! We ordered a quarter pound hamburger - no cheese, a regular hamburger, and 1 large coffee with 3 creamers to go. They were not busy at all and it took a good while to get our bag and then they asked if we'd gotten the coffee yet. Nope. So they go and get that for us. So we assumed the wait was because I got a quarter hamburger instead of a quarter cheeseburger which is the norm and what they would just have available. So we leave - get back on the road (we're traveling), and it's dark out, so I turned on the interior light to look at my quarter pound hamburger before just blindly biting into it. Good thing - because oh, what's this? Yep - 2 pieces of cheese. Hmmm And - it's cold - stale patty. It was gross. Apparently what we were waiting on was the regular hamburger.
