Food was great as always!! This particular day they were quite busy, drive thru was a little longer of a line so I chose to go inside to order and get our food... I wish I would have just went through the drive thru instead, as it seemed to be more of a Priority!! I waited about 15 minutes to order (no big deal I understand as I also work in a restaurant). I got a Large Chili and a $6 Biggie Bag with Sweet Tea to drink, as I made my way over to get my drink I noticed a huge puddle of Water in the floor (seemed to be coming from the drink area) no wet floor signs warning customers!! I also noticed that the puddle of water seem to be coming from the first drink dispenser, so I went to the second one got my ice so I could get my Sweet Tea but there is no Sweet Tea again no big deal, however they didn't have any soda's either . I was very disappointed considering I've ate here many times without issue. I also noticed it seemed like employees waiting on customers inside seemed to be confused about what order they needed or was working on.. Mangers was present and helping!! Waited close to 5 minutes to order, of which, only the Coke I ordered was correct.
Wrong size burger and fries. Ordered a Double Baconater combo, got a pathetic single cheeseburger, only mustard, ketchup, and cheese. The fries were mostly over cooked, until I got to the bottom of the box, where they were frozen. For a company that has been touting their new fries, I was underwhelmed. Ordered a 10 piece nugget, only 4 were in the carton and those were half cooked.
Service was a very rude young 'lady' who was more interested in her phone than providing service. She was not exactly the cleanest employee I have ever seen. I will leave my thoughts as to why unsaid.
If you want not so fast food that is undercooked, wrong, and served by people who do not care for themselves, then go to the Wendy's in Jonesville, North Carolina. You would much be better served by going across the street to Waffle House at 1am.

There were about half a dozen customers waiting when I came in, same as when I went out. I was told by one employee they were completely out of coffee. A second said she made me a caramel that she was holding, instead of a mocha, but offered to make a mocha. I took the caramel. A third employee took an empty cup into the truck stop next door and brought me a coffee. No ketchup with the fries as ordered. The double fish tasted like it had been sitting and reheated. I don't think they were malicious or lazy at all. May have lacked training, leadership, or motivation. We customers don't want to pay much, the owners and franchises don't want to lack profits, and I wonder whether the employees are able to do much more than pay the rent, the car expenses, and just get by.
