Went through the drive-thru, got the #6, which is a shredded beef burrito, a cheese enchilada, rice, and beans. It comes with a little cup of some salsa. Then I went ahead and got a hard taco and Got home about 10 minutes after ordering the food, didn't have to wait very long, dove right into my plate. The burrito is pretty decent, but I really don't like the tortillas they use. The taco was the most forgettable thing I've ever eaten in my life. They feel really tough and it doesn't really work when you are trying to tear into it and you've got the beef and peppers that you glide right through but are fighting to get through the tortilla to get a bite. The enchilada is bad. It legitimately tasted like a TV dinner style microwaved enchilada that the sides and edges were cooked for too long or freezer burnt. The beans are beans which is hard to mess up but nothing to write home about and rice was really good and fluffy but lacked any distinguishing qualities. Here's the problem: Panchos is a step below Del Rio, Habaneros, it's definitely worse than El Vallerta, and the taco truck in Webb City is far better. That's not even including Gringos, which is WAY better (and way cheaper) and is a staple of the area, and Chavela's, which for my money CLEARS anything I tasted here. If this was a less competitive area, it'd be easier to give Pancho's a pass but in comparison to every other option? It's not up to par at all. I will say it's a decent amount of food for the price but if the food isn't that good, who cares? The staff was really nice and I hope the best for all local restaurants but I'd be lying if I didn't say I was pretty disappointed given the hype of this place opening in my area. There's a lot of options on the menu, I hope they can refine the menu and maybe hone in on some...
Read moreFirst, and unfortunately, last time we will be coming to this establishment. My husband went through the drive-through and ordered chicken nachos and asked for just chicken cheese and queso when he got home they had everything that he requested off on it l. I drove back to get it corrected, and there is a girl named Fernanda who works Drive-through who should not be working in customer service whatsoever. Her response to the order being incorrect was I took your husband’s order and he did not tell me no vegetables or nothing very snotty As if it was an inconvenience that I asked to get it correct. After waiting there for 10 minutes and still, nobody fixed it I asked to speak with the manager, Damien And she informed me that he’s busy and he’ll get to you in a while. Absolutely would not recommend this place. If so, definitely quadruple check your order and do not deal...
Read moreI haven’t experienced any of the things the negative reviews have stated. We’ve been here three times already and we’ve loved everything we’ve gotten. The first time we got the Cheeto burrito, quesabirria, street tacos and everything came as ordered and tasted really good. Next time we got the carne asada fries and the quesadilla and both were fantastic and how we ordered. The most recent time we got the hashbrown breakfast burrito and the chorizo breakfast burrito and both were amazing. Give this place a try, maybe it’s because they’re brand new and getting into the rhythm that people have had rough...
