QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Joplin

Went for lunch around 1pm. We were the only customers in the building. We were met by a female manager with horrible customer service that was very rude. She came up to the counter and asked what we wanted. We asked for some quesadillas with chicken and rice. She hatefully replied "nope, we don't do rice or beans on these"(we have always gotten these with rice). The whole time she is huffing and puffing and is just giving us really rude looks. She then proceeds to make our food whilst slamming things around and haphazardly assembling our quesadillas. I understand if the company has decided to not allow beans or rice on quesadillas anymore, that's out of her control. But, to be so aggressive the moment we walk through the door and her overall behavior was just uncalled for. She was very aggressive to the young man working the cash register too. We've been in a few times with her working and she always seems to be miserable and have a bad attitude, but today was over the top. Between the fact that prices are so high to only really allow meat and cheese as options, and the behavior of this employee everytime we come in, we will sadly not...

(story at the end) Jan. 27 - Wow! This place is amazing! Definitely not your typical La Fiesta. You walk in and get in a line, then you tell the person in front of you what you want and what you would like on it, and wow. I have never had Mexican Food Like this! Now for the story... I was with my grandma and my cousin, and we where in line getting food. We struck up this conversation with a father and his son, and he asked if we have ever been here before, and we said no. (We are from a small town near Fort Smith) He continued to make his food and we did too. When we got to the end of making our food, the cashier told us "You see that kind man right there? He paid for y'all's food." I turned around and the dad and son went out the door. If he is reading this right now, thank you! We came up here with a little bit of money to go on a Girls Trip, and you really helped us! Tell me that's not the Lord working his magic. We could've gone to any other restaurant, but we went there. We could've stood in front of any other person, but he was there. We just want to say...

I only have a bad experience here when a certain woman is working. I am in customer service and there is absolutely no reason to ever treat someone the way that she treats your customers. This woman added food to my order that I didn’t ask for, tried to overcharge me and then sent me out the door with the afore mentioned food that I didn’t order instead of what I did. I got home and noticed her mistake and returned to the store. She acted like it was such a burden to fix the problem that she had created. When I asked for (at the very least) a partial refund, she acted like I was completely out of line. There are some very kind people who work there and I enjoy the food.
