Love this Kay Jewelers. We've received really great service here through our engagement (now wedding ring shopping) this last year. I have only had one bad experience in the past, I had came in after getting engaged and told the woman working and there was no happiness or emotion from her or a congratulations. I understand that's an "expectation", however, when you work in a customer service position to celebrate happy moments, you should be amazing at it. I imagine it was a projection of how her life is doing or she was having a bad day. On a side note, one amazing staff member I will give a raving review to is Kelsey (sorry if your name is spelt wrong), she is awesome and her great service is what inspired me to write a review today. When I entered the store to get my ring cleaned, she immediately made me feel welcome, was warm, and wonderful to talk to. She even went out of her way to speak with me about her thoughts on rings, wedding bands, and even told me about their semi-annual sale dates. Read moreMy husband purchased a1/2 karat anniversary band for me to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. It was a little big so I had it sized. It had to be sent out because they don't have a jeweler in-house. That took 3 weeks. When I picked it up, I wore it for 1.5 hours and a stone fell out. I took to back to the store and now I have to wait another 2 weeks to have it fixed. I believe they damaged the prongs when they sized my ring. There should have been a quality check before it was sent back to the store. The store manager didn't check the stones, only took a picture of it. The assistant manager was very helpful, kind and understanding. The only reason. I did not return it was because my husband picked it out himself and I'd have to pick out the next one.
