Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Joplin

Sometimes we have a good experience with half of their staff. Most of the times we have to deal with stuck up employees quoting the handbook to me about how I order my pizza instead of just simply remaking it when asked like they should. It’s been almost 75% of the time we’ve had to send back our pizza because we asked for light cheese and it literally looks like an normal cheesy pizza and this guy just wants to spazz out about rations. We normally have a guy that makes it fine first try and we never have issues. This other guy sucks. You basically must specify to them the exact amount in OZs of cheese you want if you wish for a good result. If we don’t have Mr cheese expert wasting our time whining then it’s normally a good experience. Remember they normally use 10 ozs of cheese for a normal cheese pizza. Light apparently means half to them so 5 ozs. So now I must specify to them 3 ozs of cheese every time I order like it’s a drug deal!...

Orders are always accurate, even tricky ones where I want specific things done in a specific way. The delivery drivers are great because they just give you your food and go on their way. No weird conversations or any sort of overly friendly politeness. It's a simple transaction. I also have special instructions (please don't ring the doorbell, knocking is fine). I have it this way because the doorbell scares my cat. I don't tell them this, but they follow the special instructions every time, and my old cat and I are thankful for that. The food is good. And reasonably priced. The $5.99 deal for two items is great and one that I use frequently when I don't want to cook. There's a good variety and something for everyone.

I ordered from there tonight! 🙂 Monday, September 5 2016 I got a pizza, chicken alfredo and some cheese bread. I got my food and I was accidentally given the wrong cheese bread. Well, we all make mistakes, right? No one is perfect. I called them back and explained what my issue was. I asked them if they could possibly bring me another one and the guy was so sweet and nice! I was really blown away. He was VERY helpful and he even told me he was going to throw in a FREE two liter of soda. I was told it would take about an hour since there weren't many drivers at the time. I was also having them deliver to the hospital since I'm here with my boyfriend. I recieved my food well before an hour hit and it was FRESH AND HOT! Thank you Dominos. ❤️ I totally recommend...
