Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Joplin

Ordered online. Order was $52. Told to pick up in 20 minutes. Waited 20 min. Drove to location which is 2 miles away. When arrived, order not in portal. Stood in line for an additional 4 minutes. Was told at the counter that they needed 5 more minutes. Went outside to smoke a cigarette. Returned 7 minutes later to find 2 other different customers fighting to get their orders right. I was then told they needed an additional 3 minutes on my order. Once they put my order on the counter, they explained that they were out of sausage, onions, bell peppers & that my $10 Ultimate only had pepperoni, mushrooms & beef. It looked like they put mushrooms & beef on a classic pepperoni that had been in the hot box. Both of my wing orders were in cardboard boxes & had been sitting on the front counter this entire 13 minutes. The other 3 pizzas were dead pizzas they had sitting in the hot box that should not even had been sold. The Italian cheese bread was hard and cold to the touch as well as being brown, not golden. They offered about 10 "I'm sorry"s and a free crazy bread. When I got to my family's house, I literally had to cut the rubbery pizzas because they didn't. I was so upset that the 7 of us could barely eat 2 slices a piece. I threw the rest in the trash and will never return to this location. Extremely disappointed and upset about yet another establishment falling short on the promise made to the customer but not doing anything to make it right. Don't bother ordering on line at Little Caesar's because it means absolutely nothing. Your wait time will be the same, your order will be inaccurate and because you paid on line, the store employees can't...

The food quality is really hit or miss. We order from here often enough that I can say it's definitely more miss, sadly. The Italian cheese bread has shrunk to the point that it's only half as deep as the box. The price has not decreased accordingly. If my wings are right again, it's hit or miss. I always order buffalo wings. They've been both plain and BBQ instead. Lately, we've been ordering the Chicago style deep dish pizza, and it's really not bad flavor wise. The quality is okay, and the price is reasonable. If the people that work there acknowledge my presence, they are not rude. I've walked in and out without a single hello or goodbye. I now have to check my food at the counter when I'm the one picking up my order because I want to make sure what I get is the correct order. I think they tried to summon a demon with the salt circle they left on my pizza… or keep slugs off of it… like damn even scraping it off it didn’t help. Also the meat being taken off one side of the pizza isn’t really that big of a deal for most people but I will get sick from it so I just could not eat my side of that half “pizza” which, not a huge deal either but not a fan of how they cut it, left it tasting differently than what we normally get. I wouldn’t leave any review for the last two bits as that’s mostly personal preference but the salt is insane lol. Like we thought maybe they opened the big side of the salt instead of the little holy side and it just spilled.
