MOSA Hibachi & Sushi Japanese Express Joplin, MO — Restaurant in Joplin

A+ all around. This was my first time to order something from here. It was my wife's third time. The glorious smell from here is truly worthy of hanging close by. Yes it's a food truck. I just wish there was a free standing building to go inside and experience the nuances of MOSA. Thus the low score on Atmosphere.

Great service as our waitress/order taker was not only having to talk over what's going on inside the food truck, but all the traffic noise. Again, wished they had a building to use to have customers seated and enjoy inside some sort of restaurant indoor quality.

Atmosphere definitely doesn't take away from the food. This could be an addiction of sorts. Especially if you like/love Sushi and Asian cuisine. I'm anxious to not get locked in a personal fave. Branch out and enjoy the other offerings presented. Certainly means we're coming back. And not because my wife said so as we both love Asian food. Not good Asian food. Great Asian food MOSA for me and my wife is in the GREAT category. It's definitely "fan-taste-ic" as I like to say with great BBQ we also enjoy.

I love mosa so much the food is so fresh and great for the price the other hibachi places in Joplin are mid and the other sushi places are also mid compared to them over here at mosa most food in Joplin is. Bad service. I made an order on the phone, they asked if I wanted any sauce and I said yes, the regular sauce that comes with the meal. When I picked it up the girl was rude and I just accepted that, and still tipped two dollars and 50 cents. well I realized they didn’t give me my sauce so I went back and asked for some and she was very short with me and said it would be another 50 cents each.
