If I could give it a negative rating, I would. The manager on duty was very rude. She apologized for her rudeness, but still appeared to come acrossed snotty. If you go there 5-8 minutes before they close, this location is not able to serve chicken products, as they inform it takes too long to cook, and would be there past closing time, and would be working off the clock after closing time. No one should be required to work off the clock. We chose to get something that didnt take long, we almost left.They informed it was their General Manager who informed to stop cooking those items at that time, since it takes so long. Then we were offered some already cooked meat that had been sitting there for at least 20 minutes. What has happened to the service of Sonic? There was one other time we pulled in with the lights on, as soon as we pushed the button they shut off the lights and let us know they were closed. This is so bad...

This rating is specifically for my last order pickup on 1-14-23 at about 1240. This location has use drive thru for pickup listed on the dasher app(this info is set by each store), typically I use a stall if drive thru is busy. A few months ago I asked the employees which they prefer and I was told please use a stall or drive thru for this location and they ask that we do not come inside. I show up today and the guy told me to come inside. I did and then asked if they wanted us to do this now. Without a second thought he went straight to arguing with me and said they never want us to use drive thru or a stall we always have to come inside at this location and they have always wanted us to. This WAS my favorite location. I stop by for lunch as usual, and notice an older man with grey hair and a pinkish purple button up, who appeared to be corporate or a district manager of some sort. I listen in and hear him berating his staff and treating them like dispensable garbage. What looked to be the manager comes out and sits with him. The manager was a very friendly and calm black man who has always done me well. Listening on, the corporate pig mentions things like not giving the employees breaks. Im super disappointed in how this man is going about filling his grubby pockets. And to the skinny young woman he had berated, I hope you have a better day, and know that youre worth so much more than some pink shirt boomer talking...
