Tacos al 100 — Restaurant in Joshua

My husband and I had been eagerly waiting for this restaurant to open. We went for dinner and were in a bit of a rush. The menu has a nice selection. However, the prices are higher than the average Mexican restaurant. The server brought our drinks, but did not take our order at that time. We waited at least 10 minutes before she returned to take our order. My husband ordered the beef enchiladas platter and said they were excellent. I am unable to eat normal portions of food at a time, and was not very hungry, so I ordered a beef taco a la carte. I had to ask the server if this was possible because there is no a la carte menu. She told me it would not be a problem. But she did ask me several times if I'm only ordering 1 taco. I clarified with her each time - no platter, just a single taco. In another nearly 15 minutes our food arrived. What I received was a full taco platter with 2 tacos, rice, and beans. I told the server that I only ordered a single taco, ignoring her obvious look of confusion on her face. I had to take the plate back and again told her I ONLY want 1 beef taco. A few minutes later, she returned with a single taco with only meat in a taco shell. There was no cheese, lettuce, or tomato. I asked the server if I could at least have some cheese on it if nothing else. She took the taco and brought it back with a sprinkling of cheese. By this time, we were already running very late. I will say that the taco meat was seasoned very well and tasted good. The taco shell was crispy and not stale. However, I was unable to enjoy my dinner after the frustration with trying to order a single, normal taco. Hopefully, things will eventually get smoother as the wait staff gains more experience. Tacos Al 100 has quickly become my absolute favorite restaurant! The food is absolutely delicious, with every taco bursting with flavor and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The service is impeccable; the staff is friendly, attentive, and really makes you feel welcome. They always ensure a great experience.

I find myself coming back here as often as I can because everything from their tacos, their burritos, to their sides is consistently amazing. We had such a great experience here! The service was fast and really amazing—super friendly and welcoming. As soon as you sit down, they bring out chips and salsa. The salsa has a really nice flavor, not too spicy but still delicious.

We tried the limonada, tacos al carbón, tacos al 100, and the torta al pastor. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful—the quality really stood out. The tacos on corn tortillas were especially good! Portions are big and prices are very fair for what you get.
