Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers — Restaurant in Junction City

The ENTIRE staff at this restaurant was beyond gross. We got to the restaurant and they all looked frustrated which is fair. When we went to order my friend went first and when she finished the young lady left the register without asking me for my order and went right back to cleaning. I thought that was odd but just thought someone else would take my order. No one did so I called out to a young man that was at the front after around 10 minutes of standing at the register without being greeted. All I said was “hi could I please order” he then goes out loud “UGH, can you take it” to another coworker who says no call _(other girl) they scream her name she doesn’t answer. He comes stomping to the front sighs, rips the receipt out of the register, and says “what do you want” with the meanest tone and face ever. I said “hi so I have a question. What comes in the double trouble oreo concrete” (since it’s more expensive then just a regular concrete). Again with the absolute rudest tone he says “Oreos” and makes a face at me. So I said okay I just want a concrete with Oreos then. I pay, he turns around, and then proceeds to slam at the tablet on the wall while holding my cup for ice cream with the same gloves he touched the register, tablet and himself, for the next 10 minutes. After screaming and slamming his fingers into the tablet he finally makes my concrete. Except it was a milkshake and he picked up the Oreos that went in my milkshake with the SAME GLOVES he was touching everything else with. I am seriously appalled at how gross that interaction was not just because of how unsanitary he was while making my food but also because of how rude his attitude was. I have never in my life been so angry at another person until Today. We were at your establishment today at 11 we had gotten our food and were about halfway done, when a gentlemen sat down at the table next to us. My husband said hello to him. He asked us if were headed west, we said no, he talked to my husband for a little bit about his journey and getting a bus ticket, then he went to go sit at another table away from every one, he never approached anyone else. I saw that he was wearing sandles with no socks it was -3 out. We gave him some money, bought him dinner and offered him a ride. to give him a chance to eat a hot meal.Your manager called the police on him, never once came out and said anything to him herself, just ran like a scared little kid to the police.no one that immature and heartless should be in charge of a restaurant, they came, just doing the job your manager did not have the balls to do. they informed him that he was banned from the store and was to leave immediately.They took down his description, and ahis name in front of everyone. We asked if he has done something wrong, the police officer said no, but the manager was uncomfortable with him there and was invoking her right to refuse service after he has already been served food. We will not eat at your establishment if it continues to be your policy, to throw out and embarrass a human being who did nothing but hold a conversation with us.
