First time visiting this location and its the worst I have had from any restaurant, ever. The manager of this location, Joe something, was the worst manager with no customer service what so ever. He had a bad attitude. I went into the store because drive thru said they had no mild sauce, so I went in to get some. Lo and behold, they had some, somebody was too lazy to go and get more yet alone stock the drive thru with more mild sauce. Not only that, he totally left off an order, we got the drink but not the food, we weren't charged for the food but still. I go in to get sauce and tell the cashier as she is filling the lobby with sauce, drive thru claims they have none so i came in to get it. She seemed appalled and said, that's crazy, we have plenty here. So I said yeah I see the big bowl full in the lobby. Sheasks if there was anything else and I said yeah, they left off a meal we ordered, we weren't charged for it but we did pay for a drink. So they messed up my order. She mentions it to the manager and he comes over to the register and says ring her up the meal minus the drink. I told him I didn't come in here for that, I came for sauce. He goes on to say, well you werent charged for the food, so what do you want. I said nothing, that's not what I came for, she asked and I told her. I didnt request the manager. He plum walks off back to the kitchen with an attitude. I wouldn't have anything to say if his attitude was decent but it wasn't and quite franktly, I almost cursed him out. I just spent money in your store and you treat me like that. I'm paying your bills dumb ass, I'm helping you out by spending my hard earned money here. And because of his lack of managerial skills, I won't ever be going back to this location. I might, glance at the other location if I want a...
Read moreAbsolutely the worse serves I have ever experienced from any fast food location I have ever been to. They have messed my orders multiple times, and though I understand that it happens, the disrespect you receive from management after a mistake is made is appalling. Aside from the fact they refuse to answer there phone at night, it seems the night shift and the day shift have zero communication with each other and after asking the day shift to replace an order from the night shifts mistake, I was personally treated as if I was a con man trying to get one over on them. After being turned away from the counter because they could not find where my name was written down ((later there store manager found it was indeed written in their book, but the manager I talked to just didn't look for it)) I went to the other store in Junction City, explained my situation and he replaced the order no problem and apologized for the disrespect and disservice I received at the other store.
If that wasn't enough...I gave the store another chance tonight, for the first time since the last mistake happen. They have messed up everything again, refusing to answer the phone...or own up to their mistake. I called the other store telling them where the mistakes were made. yet again, they were willing to fix them saying "This is not the first time we have had customers dealing with these problems from that location. I am so sorry for your experience and I would be more than happy to replace the order for you next time your in so you can enjoy the rest of your night."
Its quite pathetic that another store is having to pick up the slack from a clearly incapable, moronic, and pathetic excuse of management and team that is the E Chestnut st Taco Bell.

Read morePoor attitude, not even from the cashier taking our (DoorDash’s) order but shockingly the rude manager who interrupted the cashier and I. Although DoorDash will allow you to bundle orders to increase efficiency, this Tacobell’s “policy” is you can only order one order per vehicle meaning we have to order one meal, wait in line to pay for it and receive it, then do a circle to get back in line again to order your next order, and again waiting through another row of vehicles. The manager was aggressive and simply rude he didn’t care about my questions about this policy I’ve never heard of. I just wanted to know if it’s a taco bell wide thing or just this one Taco Bell. Instead he shut me up mid sentence with how he’s worked with DoorDash since 2016. Here we are in line for the second time 5 mins past our pickup time not because we showed up late but because we were told “no, although you’re paying with the same DoorDash red card for two DoorDash orders you’ve accepted, but simply because that’s his rule. One order per car... however it’s not even really that it’s one order per rotation; it doesn’t matter if it’s the same car and if you have 1 or 8 orders you can order them all, only one at a time. Never accept an order to this taco bell if you care about DoorDash or your ratings and never look to the night manager that was on duty 08/14/2020 at 9:20pm for help or guidance or information. Second rotation in we get the same cashier, notify her who notified us now they no longer have the items that we’re suppose to be...
