Updated 2024.02.04 This location appears to be more spacious than the downtown location. The atmosphere is somewhat noisy due to the game machines located on the same level. The place was fairly dirty as the patrons are not tidy, not picking up after themselves, leaving the place in need of constantly being cleaned. The staff does not promptly keep the place clean, nor provide correct information.
The pizza pricing is somewhat confusing and probably done on purpose. There's pricing for the basic plain, build your own, and separate pricing for their specialty pizzas. Beware that their pricing escalates fast as the pizza size increases. They charge a dollar for a pizza box to go, add-on charge of USD 0.60 for a credit card charge, coffee is USD 0.50, free bag of popcorn. Sandwiches and a salad bar is available. Mondays-Fridays 1100-1400 hours, all you can eat 2 topping pizza including soda is USD 12.99 plus tax. On February 9 is national pizza day, pepperoni and cheese pizza USD 4.99 limit 3 dine-in or pickup only.
We ordered their specialty pizza garlic veggie supreme plus sausage. It wasn't very long before our order was ready. The crust was thin and soggy. We didn't taste any garlic, there was black olives, green onions, artichoke heart, and added sausage. We didn't care for the black olives, so next time ordering build your own pizza would...
Read moreI only write reviews for absolutely exceptional or absolutely terrible experiences. Promise I'm not usually a crank.
Anyways, not sure where all these great reviews came from unless my girlfriend and I met everyone on a bad day. We were the only ones in, but it took the cashier 3 tries to get our pizza order correctly put in, and the entire time all the rest of the staff stood there staring at us blankly like Children of the Corn.
When we ordered a beer the server rolled their eyes at us and sighed. Only emotion we ever saw. This was also our first time here, so we didn't know that they don't serve your pizza or your drinks. They also never told us our orders were ready, or even to look for it. We'd been sitting there for 20 minutes waiting and talking and watching a game. We finally look over and all of our stuff is out, and had been out. The entire staff is again staring at us like alien body-snatchers. We ate some pizza but felt incredibly uncomfortable so asked for a to-go box. They told us they'd have to charge us. For a box. For our own pizza.
The pizza was not bad. The service was disturbing and just...
Read moreI'm really getting tired of the horrendous customer service at Bullwinkles. It's absolutely unacceptable. Waiting almost two hours for a pizza to be delivered, only to find out when you call back about it, that they never entered the order in the first place. And when you speak to the exact person that took your order, they "don't remember taking your order" even though you can quote the entire conversation back to them verbatim. Then they hang up on you when you ask to speak to a supervisor! THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The quality of pizza has degraded severely over the years. Us locals are doing are best to keep local businesses going by frequenting these establishments. But you can't afford to keep treating customers this way! Eventually you lose us as customers when the product is not good enough to compensate for horrendous customer service. The included pic is what they finally delivered after three hours and everything they...
