Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Juneau

I don’t ever leave reviews… but I felt this was the best way to bring out the positive for Juneau Valley Dominos. I have never encountered a more hardworking and dedicated staff. When I walked in, they were clearly busy, but what stood out was their genuine care for each order. In a world where true dedication to one's job is often rare, these individuals were a breath of fresh air. I initially expected my order to be ready in about 20 minutes, but they informed me it would take an additional 25 minutes – no issue for me, as it assured me they were giving each order the attention it deserved.

The entire team appeared swamped with orders, and yet they continued to work diligently. Juneau is a bustling place, and managing this level of demand is undoubtedly challenging. The person overseeing everything, pointing and ensuring everything ran smoothly, clearly cared deeply about every single order. They treated me like their top customer.

As my husband and I sat in our car, enjoying the perfectly cooked pizza, I couldn't help but observe how the staff treated every customer with the same level of respect. In the short time I was there, it was evident that every member of the team was fully engaged.

Juneau Valley Domino's is not just meeting Domino's expectations; it's exceeding them. This place boasts an exceptional crew, and I have immense respect for them. • UPDATE * MOVED TO NEW LOCATION BY SAFEWAY

The Valley Domino's location has moved to Clinton Dr. which is over there in front of Safeway. It's really a neat spot and I highly recommend just stopping by and checing them out. You can order by calling it in, going online (or the app) or walking in and placing your order which is what I usually do since they offer great carry out specials. Their pizza, sandwiches, desserts, and everything else is just really good and consistent.

Very bad experience. I get it can be busy but when I worked there, we did not let orders get past an hour. Waited for hour and half. Driver finally called me and helped guided him to my house. Shared my location and still struggled to find my house. As he finally got to my house he was slurring his words and struggled to get to my door and up my 5-stair porch. Sadly forgot my sprite as well. Called the office and still waiting 3 hours later.

Update: 06/14/2024 After a year decided to give dominos a try again. Waited alittle over hour and half. Nothing. Just called to follow up on order. Was informed it was gonna be another hour or so. No point in waiting almost 3 hours for food. Even offered that I could pick up instead. Still atleast an hour out. Cancelled....
