If I could give 0 stars I would‼️ This has got to be the most UNPROFESSIONAL pizza inspired restaurant EVER. I ordered lunch from my job on February 9, 2022, and for (1) my food never came, (2) when I contacted them they said it was on its way, (3) OVER 3 hours later still no food. I contacted them again and said it’s okay, I just want a refund for my $30.80! Then they tell me that the manager isn’t in yet, and they’ll give her my information. Two weeks go by and still no refund. I call again and speak to Franco who give me a million apologies and promises to give me a refund and a call within 5 business days.. No refund. On February 23rd I go to the restaurant and I ask for my refund.. I told the guy I spoke to someone named Frank.. he says “my name is Franco, I remember speaking to someone, but it was a woman”… I look at him puzzled and replied “I am a woman, do I look like a man with a braids, and long lashes? Or was I so professional that you didn’t expect me to be black??” The audacity. Then he says he’s going to text the general manager about my refund, she texts back and ask if I would take store credit.. JOKE. I reply “I came here for my refund, not store credit”.. she then tells him that when she gets home she will start the refund “process” and it’ll take up to another 5 days because they don’t do cash refunds… Well it’s March 4th, almost a month later and I still haven’t received a refund. These people are THIEVES to say the least‼️ Poor...

A truly great experience at Sal's Italian Ristorante. The atmosphere is cozy—perfect for a relaxed and well-served meal. The service was excellent from the moment we arrived; the young lady who attended us was kind, attentive, and very professional, which made our visit even more enjoyable.

The highlight of the evening was definitely the vodka pasta my girlfriend ordered—creamy, well-balanced, and incredibly flavorful. We were also blown away by the garlic bread: crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and packed with rich, addictive flavor. Honestly, some of the best I've ever had.

As for my dish, the pasta was well-prepared, but I personally would have preferred it with marinara sauce to better suit my taste. Still, the quality of the ingredients and preparation was clear.

I use to love this place and dine there 3-4 times a week. The food and service is great. However, once a new man started working there, TVs were always on a news channel. When I have dinner out, I would like to NOT see politics on the TVs. When I requested the channel be changed to something else, the server asked to change it and the elder man making pizzas had a fit. (I would also like to note the pizza maker was eating donuts with his bare hands in between making pizzas. No hand washing between eating and touching dough.) Today, after at least six months, I decided I was going to go in and give it another chance. If there is no political news channel on the TV, I'm going to stay. Unfortunately, I walked in, and just as was, they have polarizing news running on the TVs. So disappointing, I turned around and walked out. In this day and age, people want to enjoy meals they pay for without being reminded of division...
