Spent 3 Thousand dollars on hardie plank siding for a customer and the ordered the wrong color to start, then they asked me if it was being delivered to the job I told them yes it was! So on the special order receipt it says delivery to the address and yet they called me to tell me they don’t deliver for special orders…. Smfh okay so now I go and get my trailer and go to pick it up and the lady driving the fork lift is very young and inexperienced watching her drive thru the store with 3 thousand dollars worth of hardie planks. Hit the iles smh and then broke one. So then I have a trailer with arm on the side that stand up about a foot. So I tell them we need pallets to put down so you can load it and they go look and after he told me they had them they come back out and say they are being used…. When they are right next to my order in the back of the store stacked up. So then they tell me I have to hand load them. So over all experience never ever special order anything for these people they don’t have a clue. How to do the simplest things! No brains...
Read moreWe visited the new store on Donald Ross Rd. because the website showed they had "limited stock" of a lighting track we needed, but the image was greyed out, so I was suspicious. When we arrived at the store, the electrical dept. associate was very helpful, but was not able to find the item in stock. Then we were handed over to a customer service associate, Tammy, who made our entire day and project worthwhile. She checked stock in numerous other nearby stores for us. When she found some, she called that 2nd store and asked their associate to check the physical stock and make a hands on confirmation that the stock was physically there. When it began taking too long she allowed us to leave and go about our day. She took our cell number and called us back. Sure enough, there was stock of the item at the 2nd store. We drove there and were able to buy exactly what we needed without the trouble and wait of special ordering it. That whole experience was really, REALLY, helpful....

An appointment was scheduled and the third party company cancelled it on the day of the appointment.
A new date was given. They left a voice message yesterday (like a machine recording) saying that my appointment was schedule for today between 9am and 12pm.
Then an actual representative called again to confirm the appointment, and like most people, I have a job and could not attend the call, or call back by 5pm to confirm as they were demanding. However, I know that even without a confirmation, appointments (reservation, etc.) are usually honored. Not the case with this company. They didn't show up or called again this morning to say the appoinment had been cancelled on their end. I'm never again using these services, and will never paid to schedule a...
