My second time here and both times felt the wait wasn’t worth it. My first time, I waited a literal 35 minutes.. but gave them the benefit of the doubt bc they were new and I had ordered about 5 drinks. However I went back yesterday thinking they’d be a lot more efficient and was disappointed to have waited 30 minutes for just 2 drinks.. I’m usually not a difficult customer when it comes to waiting but I know that 30 minutes for a drink is universally a bit of a drag... obviously if this were like tiger sugar or some other super rare fad, a wait is expected. I ordered a blended thai tea without boba. I took 2 sips just to be sure and it didn't taste like thai tea, it tasted like green tea. I told the young man who made and he said its because they use a powder thai tea to blend it. He remade my drink with more powder this time and STILL tastes like green tea. Thai tea has a very distinctive strong flavor which is not what they're serving. I kept my drink and didn't bother for a refund as I had already waited long enough and I was thirsty. I was very excited we were getting a boba place on our side of town, vs having to drive few more minutes to Eastvale. (Ten Ren) unfortunately I was very disappointed.
