Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Jurupa Valley

One of my favorite places to visit. I normally come out with more items than I intend to purchase because of the fantastic deals here. I had a problem with a previous purchase and didn't realize until I left the store last week. I asked Jasmin, who was the cashier assisting me if I could speak to the store manager. Lalo was very kind and was able to help me with my matter. Jasmin was very friendly and patient with me, as this ended up holding up the line a bit. I will definitely continue to shop here. The only reason for a 4 star rating, in all fairness, is because of the big lack of merchandise that is slowly arriving for them to stock. Please, don't hold this against this store. Lalo, Jasmine, and all the other employees were doing there very best here...

This Ross has great things if you happen to come at the right time when it is not too crowded and the lines are short. I like that the staff tends to be happier hear than at other Ross stores I have visited. It is also tends to be pretty organized and well kept. On this particular day I found two outfits for my baby girl, for half the price that I saw on Carters. They also carry a lot of shoes with Disney characters that my toddlers loves. This Ross location just recently opened to the public. Very nicely renovated store front created in the old Kmart building. Great products & decent prices & good location however, we were glad to leave the store. The music was horrible and made it a very unpleasant shopping experience. The management needs to find a more "middle of the road", main stream style of noise. Geeze! Something more appropriate for the clientele. A styling that appeals to a wider population.
