If I could give this experience a zero I would. Iāve never left a review because I work the service industry and have learned to give everyone more grace and patience due to it. That being said, this was the rudest staff Iāve encountered at any Starbucks. Do not acknowledge anyone that walks in. My app said my drink was ready and it wasnāt. I donāt mind waiting but there was no one in the drive thru and I waited 10 Minutes unacknowledged with 4 staff members working and to make matters worse they made the drink incorrect.
