To start with, I live about a 20 minute drive away from this store and well outside the delivery area,.. the pizza was not made correctly to the order, it was made with garlic crust when my order clearly is no garlic crust. I had extra sauce selected as well and they did not make it with extra sauce. I have had this problem and other problems with order customization with them in the past. this was compounded, that when walking in, I had trouble hearing what a rep was saying (as I have hearing loss and can't afford hearing aids) that rep then took a rude tone of voice and talked down to me about me not having a face mask, as I was not aware of the company policy and the sign on the door is not very visible due to the window tinting. all while this went on other employees are walking around the store without masks on. on my way out someone made a comment as I was leaving that sounded like "now get out" or "now stay out", I have bad hearing, so I can't be sure about that part and it could easily be my bad hearing.. either way, it was hands down the worst experience I have ever had with this store.....
at no point did I argue about the policy, at no point did I raise my voice, I did ask if it was a corporate or county policy as I do not live in that county, so there behavior was not warranted. and for the record, I have no problem wearing a mask, if it's policy, I just was not expecting it and did not notice the door sign as it's not required by state or county...
Read moreCalled in a cheesy bread and order of chicken wings at 6:20. Was told it was taking longer than usual, so it'd be ready at 6:45. I went in at 6:48, and there were 7 employees in the restaurant. Girl at the counter looked up at a screen and said, it'll be about 10 more minutes. I said I have a class starting at 7, she said yeah were really busy, but give us 10 minutes.. I looked at the screen and there was the list of orders. I saw my name and it was order placed (or whatever). At 7:02, I looked at the screen again and it said in the oven.đĄ.. which means when I walked in, the order hadn't even been STARTED. She apologized snd said it'll only take 10 to 15 minutes. I said I'm already late, I can't wait. Why didn't you tell me 25 minutes ago the order hadn't even started, so I could have the option of canceling it and going somewhere else? She shrugged and I asked for a refund. They gave it to me, but the point was, I get snacks for our class.. had she told me when said I had a class at 7, I wouldn't have gotten upset, I could go get tacos or chicken.. I get it, you get unusually busy, BUT BE HONEST. When I called in originally they said they were busy, but over an hour for wings and cheesy bread? With 6 employees and a driver just standing there for 20 minutes and not pitching in to help??? The pizza hut is 3 blocks farther, but I'll go...
Read moreMade an online order for carryout and the website gave me a ready time of 18-23 min for pick up. I got there early and so I stopped off at the store to get some items that needed to be refrigerated. I walked in and should have known to cancel my order right away bc the store was complete chaos. Boxes of orders backed up were strewn across the countertops, which should have been my 1st clue. After a 40 min wait from scheduled pick up time, the electronic board said my pizza was ready and at this point I was upset that I had waited that long already. As I was walking up, a worker yelled out a pizza to be made that sounded like it belonged to my order and when I asked it was confirmed that 3 of my 4 pizzas were done, probably getting cold and they were having to make my last pizza still! I cancelled my order making it known that I did not want to wait nor should I have to wait any longer. I had waited nearly 45 min in the store! Managers did not seem like they had a pulse on the chaos going on in the store. There were no apologies or attempts to make my poor experience right by maybe a voucher for a free pizza next time, nothing. They didn't care if I ever visited their business again, so I will oblige and...
