Checkers — Restaurant in Kalamazoo

Was asked to pull off to the side because I had a large order. So when I received the order. I decided to check it. I was missing my loaded fries and a chicken bite box. Had to pull out drive back around to the drive threw. Told the employee the items i was missing. She told me to wait. Then told me that her manager said he had put them in the order. I told her that they were not and she said to wait again. Then again came back on the intercom and said her manager said they were there and that we had probably ate them. Mind you I had not even left the parking lot. So I pointed out I had not even left and was back in line less than 2 mins after getting the order. She refused to respond at the intercom. After about another minute I told her I could stay all night in the drive threw. She then told me to drive up to the window. When I did she again ACCUSED me of eating the food and gave me a lot of grief about it. I asked for a refund and waited 10 more minutes to get it. Manager refused to come to the window. 2 stars is probably being overly generous. Placed an order through the app at 9:40 pm, with it stating my order would be ready by 9:49 pm. I arrived at 9:53 p.m. . And here I still stand waiting for my food, a whole almost 30 minutes later. It took almost 10 minutes to get anyone to acknowledge the fact that I was there to pick my order up, and then me sitting there waiting watching as they take care of every single person in the Drive-Thru before they even consider to try to get my order done. Considering there was at least five different people in that little restaurant working, it's hard to believe that it took them that long to get my order ready. It seems for the most part that they were fully staffed and should not have had such an issue to get these orders out even considering that my order was not a big one it was two burgers a fry and a soda. On the plus side, it was fantastic to know that they do not care about the fact that their employees are wearing wireless earbuds while making the food and what kind of health hazard that...

Went in with a simple order, 2 double cheeseburgers, and one double hamburger with ketchup, mustard, mayo. The lady who took our order repeated it back wrong several times, and kept trying to sell me apple pies I did not want. Then when she finally repeated it correctly we got up to the window and payed, got our food, only 2 of 3 burgers were in the bag. When we told the lady there was a mistake she kept telling us "that's why I read it back to you" and insisted that we only payed for 2 burgers. The doubles are 2 for $4, paid $5.30, so something wasnt right. She charged us another $3+ to get the other burger, then we got three in the next bag. Once we opened the order, they gave us 2 bacon cheeseburgers I had not ordered, then the next bag had our correct order. The bacon burgers were 2 for $3. So she gave us the wrong food, then sold us the bacon burgers, so that we could get our correct order, and implied that it was our fault. Never going back to this location,...
