I'm bummed to even leave this review since I've liked their food in the past but today I went in to pick up my order, the lady told me she hadn't seen it come through and told me she'd be "pissed off" if she had to make it and sent me up to customer service to wait in line. They printed me a ticket and gave it to an employee of the grocery store and she stopped along the way to ring up a bunch of customers 🙃 then when I got back there they dicked around, took other customers before me, took their time, wandered away from my box with no explanation. Bring back the old deli counter, the new one is doing too much and it's not working out. The seafood focus has pushed other things away, and they can't seem to keep other entrees on the line whenever I stop for dinner. There are plenty of places to get chicken\fish in the downtown area, and that is not why I pick up food here. There were too many cooks in the kitchen today, and they mixed up my order. First time for trying a crab boil and I absolutely loved it! Got a garlic butter sauce along with a boiled egg and a Brisk ice tea from the store. Absolutely divine butter sauce and flaky crab meat and washed down with ice tea. Total came out to about $29 and was worth every penny. However, in my excitement to eat my first crab boil, I completely walked out without picking up my Mac n cheese i ordered along with it😂.
