Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken — Restaurant in Kalamazoo

My Family and I chose LEE'S over Popeye's for several reasons. As you may know I am a fan of the new Popeye's staff(WestMain St.). Unfortunately, the staff have no controll over the Products they receive, (like the aforementioned GreenBeans🙃) or cost. LEE'S has well seasoned Chicken. Popeye's use too- LEE'S has better down-home Biscuits. Popeye's use too- LEE'S has GREAT/affordable prices for Families. Popeye's use too- LEE'S prices reflect the time our Nation is IN beyond affordability. They reflect where we've been. Popeye's use too- LEE'S goes OUT-OF-THEY'RE-WAY to assist our displaced Citizens. A female employee behind the counter was extremely rude and argumentative with a male employee and she was quite loud about it. At one point he walked away to calm himself but she was relentless. When she called "12 piece," another customer walked toward the counter so I thought it was his order. He walked away and I knew it was mine at that point. She had already said it twice and threw the order on the counter. I asked the male employee if it was mine and when he asked hershe again got very loud and rude. To clarify, the male employee was not the problem. The food is good but expensive. Its a shame this woman couldn't keep her "bad day" to herself...it was a terrible customer relations experience with her. The young man, aside from the verbal abuse she gave him, was very nice. Was the 2nd person in line of them opening today my daughter and I was going to grab lunch advertised $4.25 for 2 pieces of chicken, biscuit and one side ok cool adorable! They then tell me $15.85. I get to the window tell them the sign out there says $4.25 they argue with me about it being the wrong sign out and then go get a even more rude person to come to the window who also argues with me. So then we pull put of line and they had staff in the back by the drive thru in a hurry covering up the sign we love this food but will not return to this location considering on top if this being they just opened the food should have been fresh but the potato wedges were hardly warm and the breading was soggy, my chicken was still slimy on the inside.
