FOR ANY who appreciate the love for that cuisine, in flavors from south of the border, this one is a PEACH. Always a good atmosphere and very clean. The tastes pop! It reminds me of many meals on the Baja peninsula and what makes all of the food joyous. Great portions, presented well and never the freezer flavors that remind us that it all comes from a Gordon's type of origin. They take the time, to do the extras, that make it better than that. Like many places that over use the coverings and gravies slathered TOO heavily, be sure to request less, if you would rather like a hint of such, rather than a dowsing. Their chips and salsa are pretty good. Tho, I prefer warm chips that are made on the spot and a salsa with a bit more chunky consistency. The fresh onions and tomato chunks, SHOW ME THE MONEY. Nevertheless, I am not let down, as the taste buds are happy...as it all is are...

Don’t ever order from this place! Terrible service. Ordered a grilled chicken California burrito with the cheese on the side and received a steak burrito, no cheese, and a side of salsa. Called and complained and was met with someone telling me that I need to take it up with doordash and it’s not their problem. I explained to them that it’s not door dash that messed up my order, I asked to talk to a manager and then I was being hung up on. After 5 mins of calling back and getting a “disconnected number” it went through and I spoke to a different gentleman and he said that doordash should have to fix it lol.. doordash offered me $4.17 back for a $15.00 burrito that I can’t eat.. I explained that I couldn’t eat the burrito they sent and $4.17 from doordash wouldn’t suffice. that worker ended up hanging up on me also. Ridiculous service,...

Out of all the Los Amigos in Kalamazoo this one is the worst. My fiancé ordered the fajitas and they didn’t come out sizzling only warm like they sat out. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and it wasn’t even cooked! It was just stuff thrown into a large tortilla and then folded over. It wasn’t even warm. Not pressed and cooked on the grill after. It was like a giant open tortilla taco. It was all soggy as well and it was sitting in a pool of liquid while even more was dripping out of it like a water fountain. (I am not exaggerating) The food was absolutely disgusting and we frequent at the other Los Amigos around Kalamazoo a lot. This location needs help.

Service was nonexistent. He took our drink and food orders but never checked up on us nor filled our drinks. We wont be coming back to...
