I will never go to this Pizza Hut again, about a month ago we ordered our usual pizza and when it got to us yes it was hot however it was wrong so I called and told them and talk to whoever was in charge that night and he said they would send out another pizza the way I ordered, was told that they had a new person and maybe they didn't know the difference between pork and hamburger. The new one came and that one was also wrong and only half the amount of toppings. Wrote to the Corporate Office and they sent me an apology email with a code for a free pizza. So tonight I thought I would order my free pizza and of course you need to order other items because they won't deliver just the free pizza and that's ok however when I put in the code it said "We could not apply this coupon to your order because you do not have the required items. Would you like to add the items to fulfill this coupon?" Now what I ordered was enough items, so I called and after the third transfer I got the Manager who informed me that Corporate Office would not send an email code so I read it to her and after telling her what my order was more than once she asked me for the code I started to give her the code and after about the forth number/letter she stopped me and said that it didn't come from Corporate and that she only took paper coupons by this time I had been on the phone with them for about 25 minutes. I told her that I would be calling Corporate Office and letting them know what she said and then letting her know that I would be taking my business elsewhere (may saying another pizza place) and she said to me as I was hanging up"That would be a mistake " Well it wasn't a mistake had my pizza the way I wanted and no mistakes...
Read moreThe pizza was okay, as expected, but the lady behind the register was shockingly rude and deserves 1 star. I came to pick up an online order and was shocked by how rudely I was treated. During my wait I had multiple crew members make eye contact with me and then go back to what they were doing without acknowledging me, not a single "hello" or "we'll be right with you". When someone finally came to the register she stared at me directly in the eyes and said nothing. She instead told a man that had been sitting, clearly waiting as well, to run his card and walked away without finishing his transaction or speaking to me. So rude! I wish I knew her name to publicly call her out! A different crew member eventually came and gave me my online order. He was over the top nice, but clearly trying to smooth over her rudeness and my irritation. He was the only person with any customer service skills in that building. I genuinely hope I never experience her again because she really ruined it for me. I will not be going back...
Read moreOrdered exactly what I wanted and the website told me it would be delivered in 50-60 minutes. I'm used to waiting a little longer than the quoted time and am patient and understanding but at the 90 minute mark I decided to see what was going on. I couldn't talk to the store because they were closed. I checked the order tracker and it never made it past "making" to "delivering." By this time it was now too late to order from anywhere else so I was especially annoyed.
I don't order out often but when I do it's usually from Pizza Hut and it's because I have a specific craving for something. I was disappointed to not get what I wanted and very annoyed that I couldn't even order anything similar because everything else closed while I was waiting for an order that never arrived with no explanation and no calls, messages, or emails letting me know. I was also staying at a motel so it's not like I could just grab something from the fridge.
