I came in the other day to find out they have barriers up over the meat. Pretty strange since that defeats the purpose of seeing what you order, but I gave it a try. The lady who works there kept trying to direct me on how I should prepare my sub. I like everything extra toasted, with the veggies and sauce on beforehand. She questioned-then criticized the way I wanted my sub, which made everything more difficult and suspicious, other than not being able to see the meat being put on. After paying for the sub(turkey bacon 6in) then leaving, I didn’t get any further than the car before checking my food, to realize this one had some of the ABSOLUTE worst quality meat and vegetables I’ve ever had on a Subway sub. The bacon didn’t look edible at all, had an abnormal texture plus “unknown” contaminants on it. The turkey looked as good as deli meat that was peeled off the floor, spinach was brown and slimy, the honey mustard looked pretty rancid also. Mind you I’ve been going to Subway since a kid, but now the food quality has decreased significantly to the point where I wouldn’t want to even feed it to an animal. The lady had no courtesy for me whatsoever. When I came back to refund my food(I was polite and patient) she made a scene and singled me out when other customers were already being helped in line ahead of me. I told her to finish with them and I’d wait..otherwise that would’ve been unfair to the others. When it was my turn, I was told that I could NOT refund my food or get my money back. She tried forcing me two or three times to get another sub order. I calmly demanded my money back, and a new receipt since I returned my food and had my receipt. She was completely obnoxious, called her manager and laughed on the phone as she was talking to them in a different language. I had no idea what was so funny or what was being said, but by her tone and actions, I could definitely tell that I was being verbally attacked. Finally after another 5 mins or more of waiting and re explaining over and over again that I was ready to leave, she tried to refund me from a loose cup that had folded up money in it on the counter. Next tried to return my money from the money out of the tip box! I had to ask her at least three times to please give me my money back the legal/right way! So I’m not exactly sure where my money went after I paid..I don’t know if I paid her personal bank account, or Subway, or whoever. That was unbelievably unprofessional. Last but not least, right before I got my food refunded, she pulled out her phone to take a PHOTO of me. I was so offended and shocked that someone would act that disrespectful towards a customer who simply wanted an exchange!! So to summarize this, I was treated terribly, forcefully held in the store to be taunted with my own money, criticized, belittled, while being told Subway would call the Health Department on me ..for some reason? Also that I would never be able to go into another subway here again. With the way I was treated, I can promise that I would NOT step into another Subway again anyway. I soon made a non emergency report about my treatment to the local dispatch. Since it’s a public facility, no violations can be given to a employee who takes a personal photo of the customer, unfortunately. But it was against my personal privacy, so therefore I’m disgusted and appalled at Subways behavior. Be careful if you are going to this Subway. The short dark-haired lady, and I believe she was of middle eastern descent(for reference purposes) was very uncivilized and inconsiderate towards me . I have seen her be almost as rude to other customers as well, by rushing them through their order, talking on the phone through their entire order, and mocking people about their preferences in food choice. Will not be coming back to Subway. I will make sure to warn others of this specific location. With the new barrier, they can just spit in your food in vengeance without you even realizing. But in total honestly, it’s partially just a poor way of covering up how bad the food...

I came in and had coupons in my hand. The lady at the counter rolled her eyes and complained to her coworker about me just trying to get cheaper food.
I then order a Turkey Italliano and she got upset and told me "she wont make it for me ever again because its off the menu." Thebturkey italliano is an itallian bmt which is on their menu. The only difference is it has turkey instead of ham. Not only that but you are supposed to be able to custom order anything at any subway so long as they have the ingredients...
Then, throughout the order she seemed to rush me like I was a major inconvenience and as if there was a huge rush. I was the only one ordering at the time and there was no one else until after I had paid.
I asked for my sub to be toasted and she didn't even attenpt to toast it. She looked at the toaster, saw it was being used, and then just moved on. At this point I was well past even considering asking her to do anything more and was just focused on leaving.
She barely put any veggies on my sandwhich. I legitimately only got 10 spinach leafs and a small pinch of lettuce. She did put a reasonable amount of meat on the sandwhich though, so theres one pro albeit the only one.
Please avoid this place unless you are desperate and even then there are numerous other food places that share this intersection....

As somebody who works in customer service, that is a way YOU SHOULD NEVER treat a customer especially one that’s trying to address the situation respectfully.
