where do I even begin...guess let's start with the fact that the doors was all locked @ 8pm on a Friday..I almost always go inside to order since drive thru is a joKe at most of them nowdays but again they closed their lobby?? Drive thru it is meanwhile pulling up I notice bout 3 employees out back smoking and talking on their phones..no wonder lobby is closed . anyways.get to the speaker order $51 dollars worth... 3 Big Mac meals one regular and the other 2 special made.all with DR.PEPPER, 2 McChicken with no lettuce, med Fry and a LARGE DR, PEPPER, 2 cheeseburger meal with a COKE.the guy never repeats the order back nor is there a screen to make sure he got it all..get up to the window where the employee doesn't even realize that 2 cars ahead had drive off so he had no clue which order was ours till I tell him it the $50 order..get up to the pick up window to see this guy grabbing his parts and taking to so e girl not even acknowledging us asks what our order was then asks us to pull up. We pull up to wait while we're waiting I look at the receipt and notice he didn't put down no lettuce on the McChickens so I tried to go in to tell them that but these doors was closed as well so the last bring out our food and I say hey these are not supposed to have lettuce on the and she informs us that her slip the grill slip doesn't say that I then told her I know that's because he didn't put it down correctly..she then gives us attitude and goes back in another grl comes out imformas us they cannot remake the food and that our drinks are also not possible to get due to some kind of boil advisory she goes back in after words are excluded and ANOTHER GUYS comes out and says I'm the one that took the order which he was the ONLY one that tried to help just then the guy from the pick up window comes out to tell us that they ain't making it and that all to it by this time I'm sick of fighting with these ppl and now want a full refund tells us he's calling the manager especially the last guy that came out acting like he was wanting to fight my husband and pulled the other guy inside and tells us enjoy our wait cuz we're not getting shit.. Not one time didn't they tell us anything wrong with the pop not when we ordered it not when we paid for it not even at the pick up window when the guys asked what drinks we had??? I still want a refund but we had to go back thru the drive wait all over again now all the order is cold but we was only allowed to get the sandwich remade and a refund for the drinks which that was what we wanted in the first place but now it's turned into I just didn't want to give them my business any longer...Would def like to speak to corporate or someone higher then the store manager.sorry for the long review I tried to shorten it as much as I could but there is plenty more issues with that 25-30 min ridiculous visit at this terrible...
Read moreThe absolute worst experience I've ever had and its 100% do to piss poor management.
At 8am all of the garbage cans are literally overflowing with days of food animals eating the garbage off the ground.
We go in and my party prefers crispy bacon and understand that is a special request so we made sure to order at the register and tell the workers that. While we are ordering we are told they are out of large and small cups, and we're completely out of stock of straws! The staws could legitimately be remained by the manager drives his ass down the road and buying a pack of straws at a store. Now, they are just upsetting every customer that enters the establishment. The won't tell you untill you realize you don't have one and ask for a straw then they rudely tell you they are out of stock like it's obvious thing.
The managments poor planing (ording cups and staws lack of training for new employees having people take out the garbage) is the downfall of this specific location. The location was fully staffed with 3 cars in the drive through and 4 people inside. One guy had an order and had to wait for 20min!! The tension in the air felt un easy the way the manager presented himself to us other patrons.
We got our food. Some of it turned out ok. But that bacon we asked to be well done honestly needed a viagra pill because the bacon could barely even be considered flacid. The food was cold - lukewarm.
The owner (corporate or franchise) needs to step in and acutely show the people there how to run the joint. Its not a problem with the workers, they are operating with the tools they have, but the managment neglects the employees the establishment and the customers.
Also Wendy's down the road could sell cups and straws to McDonald's and...
Read moreI don't know why I continue to this location, or McDonald's at all, and expect to ever have a good experience. What was wrong this time, you might ask? Well let me tell you how simple I made it for them and the reason why they work in fast food shined through yet again.
I ordered two Sausage Biscuits w/Egg (with the app deal of buy one get one for $1.00) and a Bacon Egg & Cheese Bagel meal. I asked if the meal could be put into a separate bag because I was dropping it off to someone else. The drive-thru lady (who was super nice and friendly) said absolutely.
I have to drive around a garbage can sitting in the middle of the drive-thru as the worker dealing with it simply waves me around it. Why not just move it instead of standing there watching me pull up to it.
I pull up to the second window. No one was there, except some disheveled employee hanging out in the doorway smoking a cigarette. Waiting, waiting, waiting. Finally, another employee walks up to the pick-up window, grabs a bag from the counter and slams it down in front of the window. She hands me the bag. The ONE, SINGULAR bag. They couldn't even get that right.
What I recieved was much different. As nice as she was, she rang me up for two Sausage McMuffins, not the biscuits I asked for.
Why don't they just make the drive-thru menu easier for the customers. Make it two items from which to choose. They can make the list:
Random Item Whatever You Feel Like Acutally Making.
McDonald's is circling the drain. The owner clearly doesn't care about any of the things that make customers want to remain loyal customers. Yes, sure, granted, it is easy to stop there, so long as you are okay with the huge changes of you not getting what you...
