7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Kansas City

I come to this 7brew almost daily as its on my way to work and it has always been great and I preferred it over the Independence store as the drinks were always made better.

I went through yesterday and ordered my normal drink, blondie with cookie butter 3x sweet. It was AWFUL. It was bitter and tasted like milk, almost as if they didnt even add the syrups. I left a review through the portal.

I went this morning and I ordered 2 of the same drink and asked the girl if she could make sure they are 3x sweet since it tasted so bad the day before. She smarted off back to me saying "well it says 3x sweet" but went ahead and checked. Well it also said 3x sweet the day before but that doesnt mean its made correctly. She did not talk to me the rest the time she waited on drinks and even asked lane 1, Christian, if he would swap her lanes to hand off the drinks as she didnt want to deal with me even though I asked her to do one thing and was not rude to her. She would not provide me with her name when I asked and was incredibly rude. She has red/blonde hair and glasses and was working lane 2.

Props to the girl that made my drinks as they were spot on as the had been previously. However, the girl that actually assisted me made the entire experience fall flat and thats why im providing a 1 star.

This is my favorite Seven Brew location! I came here a month ago early in the morning around 7:00am and the attendants were chipper and happy to be there. They saw my dog in the car and offered to make him a pup cup, which he loved! I got a frozen blender drink with extra espresso to balance out the sweetness and it was great but still a little too sweet for me. My dog and I enjoyed our sweet treats together as the sun came up.

I made a visit yesterday and it was around noon so there were huge lines, yet those attendants stood outside in the heat powering through the lines like it was nothing. I made sure to ask that they were drinking enough water and the gal helping me said she had already drank 3 cups so that to me says their managers take care of their staff which is so important. The staff here are friendly every time and seem to enjoy what they do so that speaks volumes. Yesterday I got a quad espresso shot on ice with almond milk, and added cinnamon roll syrup. It's my favorite drink now!

There's so many flavors and combinations to choose from here so you can really cater your drink to the exact strength and sweetness you prefer.
