I came in ordered three meals for three people spent $20-$25 and I asked if I could have five honey mustard packets and the girl went and talk to the manager and the manager said that I can have two and I have to pay for the rest. What I want to know is if I would’ve ordered everything separately one at a time I would’ve gotten two sauces per meal because they were for separate people so in all actuality, I should’ve gotten six without them trying to save a quarter of a cent, for a corporate conglomerate. I think they can spare three extra honey mustard’s that is the pettiest of the petty it wouldn’t be a big deal, but my kid was standing there. How can you not see he’s going to use two of them there’s two other orders. Just so the regional manager knows who this manager with black hair, and short hight lady is. Tue. September 19th at 9:22 pm. This lady needs to understand how you keep customers, so over 3 honey mustard packets you will never see me in there or in any BK in the states of Kansas or Missouri ever again! I was a breakfast buyer religiously every single day, plus three people dinner or lunch three times a week. I know it wont break ya and you wont feel the loss of my purchases, but I do have a mouth and i will tell everyone i know and meet of that experience. So to save 1/4 of a penny, you lost roughly 250.00 to 300.00 a week. Lol lets give this money saving manager a golf clap 👏. If i found out my manager lost one of our regulars because they just wanted to be a nasty ugly person, they would be looking for a new job tomorrow! The sad part is she made a young girl do the deed for her! What a coward! I had the same experience as Alyssa Fehr. 35.00 order completely screwed up, and ill bet it was this same lady tonight that said “yep i knew there was a whole order messed up, give me your name and ill write it down in the book!” Go there a couple days later to get my messed up order and wouldn’t ya know it the guy manager looks at me like I’m crazy and tells me they don’t have a book with names and orders that were wrong. Thats what probably got me to this point of never wanting to deal with non customer friendly companies. I paid for a service, I should receive my product from their service the way you say im...
Read moreI love BK. I work in the area and I ride the Metro. Since I'm in the neighborhood 5 or 6 days a week I usually stop by one of the fast food joints on that corner on my way to work or on my way home. So, I was really excited when they decided to build a Burger King at this location.
Unfortunately, there's a pretty good chance when you go there that the dining area is closed. It doesn't even make sense. It may be closed in the morning and open in the evening. It may be open in the morning and closed in the evening. When it is open, they randomly decide to leave one of their doors locked so you have to walk around the building to get in. Since they have the dining area open at all; these random closings clearly have nothing to do with the pandemic.
The drive-thru seems to always be busy, but if you're on foot it's like playing roulette. You might get a delicious meal and a tasty beverage or you might have to schlep over to a lesser fast food joint because BK decided that opening the doors on the particular day you're jonesing for a whopper is just too much bother.
If... IF you get into the dining room; the food is great. Order the cheesy jalapino poppers (your taste buds will love you forever). Don't forget to get a smooth, creamy milkshake. Have a seat in the new, clean, spacious dining area. Soak up the ambiance as you savor your meal. There's a pretty good chance that the next time you visit this Burger King you'll wish you'd chosen the drive thru.
[EDIT]
Okay... I'm delighted that I get to do this! It's been 3 months since I posted this originally. It appears that whatever the issue was the lobby is open more or ess when it's supposed to be now. I've upgraded my review from 3 to 5 stars. Don't forget to grab some of those...
Read moreI come to this location often enough. I live close. It was my first time back in town since vacation, and I ALWAYS order on the app. They often miss a few things in my order, and this time was no different. I called and mentioned what was missed, and they asked me to come back... I didn't have time to come back and explained that. My name was taken down when I said I could come back this week. There's just no way for me to do it tonight. When I asked for the man's name on the phone so I could write it on my receipt, I got the longest pause of hesitation (I understand to a degree, but I don't want any trouble trying to get my items when I do go back, so I wanted an employees name so they knee I called). I worked at a major pizza joint in my teens and we used to have a section where we could type the name, number, and issue of people and then when they came to get the item(s) we would cross their name off. It's been 10 years since I worked there; how has every fast food place not implemented something like that by now? Why do the employees treat every single customer like they're lying? As if the employees didn't actually make a mistake. I have cameras inside my house. I always have proof of me opening nearly anything, which means I always have a way to prove that I didn't get said items. Despite my frustration, this BK rarely has a waiting line at the drive-thru. I like the app and points feature. And my son loves BK. We will be back over...
