I have a hamburger and fries. The fries were pretty good. The was terrible. It was way over seasoned with black pepper. Also, it was dry. It was obvious that all the juices had been pressed out of the hamburger. To be fair, I am a super taster. This means I can pick out seasonings and flavors better than others. For some people, they would not have noticed the over seasoning, but you cannot possibly not recognize the flattened pressed dry hamburger. The bun was fresh and the other condiments pretty standard. I did not have the cheese, to do not be able to tolerate the taste of processed cheese. At home, I wouldāve prepared a fine cheddar, melting it with add emulsifier so that it will not separate when poured over the hamburger. How much superior flavor? Place in the burger on the grill I wouldāve pressed it once so that was full contact astronaut remove the juices.
Service, it was actually quite nice and refreshing. They were extremely busy getting ready for the evening as a time I was at the restaurant. So the service was understandably slow. The ref fix the hamburger for me and re-cooked the fries. In hopes of pleasing me. You cannot ask for more. The cook at that hour was obviously not a trained chef or even a short order cook. This could account for a lot. It was the hour between lunch and dinner.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI spent 2 days straight eating there due to freezing rain. I made my own burger, had the steak, chicken wings and had the breakfast buffet. First the burger had flavor for once not from seasoning it tasted like beef should. I raise very quality cattle and like trying beef when i eat out to compare so I'd know good beef not that store bought flavorless all grain fed bs. The chicken wings were naked but perfectly crispy on the outside juicy inside not dry and I eat a crapload of chicken wings. I'd say best crisped outside I've ever had in naked chicken wings so good. The siracha sirloin steak was also not bad I'd say on the better end especially for the price cooked how I asked medium rare and was actually proper medium rare. I eat at a lot of the highest end places it's a hobby it's just as good as cuts I've had at many places. I even cut it with a butter knife so there lol. The staff is super friendly the managers are super cool you even see them helping out serving and cleaning when it was busy. The bartender Ashley was absolutely gorgeous and so funny and friendly. She made amazing drinks and She had the bar full until last call everyone was having a blast just talking. The food was bad, what they had left, they had ran out of a lot of menu items. But we thought we would give them another shot. So we tried to eat lunch today and there was an hour wait so no go. At dinner I sent my son down to get a menu, itās in our hotel, and he comes back up with a kids placemat that has a kids menu on it. So I go down to try and get a menu and nobodyās at the front. I go around to the bar area and multiple servers walked back and forth. Not a single one acknowledged I was there other then to look at me. My son held up his hand and waved at a server and he stuck his finger in the air at us, like when I tell my CHILDREN to wait a minute. Did walk the 10 feet and say Iāll be with you in a minute or Iāll be right back. Hell he could have just said loudly that he will be back with me in a minute. That was when I promptly turned and walked away. Iām not going to stand there and be ignored for mediocre food at best.
