I drove to the store for a Free entre pick up, unaware that i had chose the wrong Chipotle store in the app. When i arrived there i realized my order was at the 75th store. I was on my lunch break so i didn’t have time to go to that store then back to work so i asked to speak to a manager to see what my options were. Cynthia (the manager of the day) walked over to me. Her body language alone said she did not care and let’s get this conversation over with. I asked her what i needed to do to get the free entre at the STATELINE store. She was short and her tone lacked any type of empathy. She said i need to call the other store to cancel it. They did not answer so i asked if there was a way to call store to store? She said no. Short again. I asked again so you aren’t allowed to call store to store? She said “I
Read moreShocked. I came here for lunch with my husband and we spent over $30, which is insane but not even my issue. At checkout I was belittled and talked to in a way no woman should ever experience. I felt extremely rushed by "Dougie" while trying to figure out my app. I was trying to answer the person who was finishing up my order and Dougie just kept trying to interrupt me. I couldn't even think straight for the 5 seconds I was standing there. Anytime I would answer one of his many questions he would give me an attitude about it. I went to use an app reward for Guac and Chips and he looked at it and told me it was for just the Guac - okay, that's absolutely fine I will just do the Guac no big deal. The way he responded to me was not okay. After I said "Oh, okay let me find the one for both." He goes on to say "Let's make sure we are reading the words on the app before trying to use them." I could not believe my ears. He was trying to make me feel stupid and belittled me in front of the entire restaurant. I was so shocked, I decided I would just pay for it and not stand there any longer for him to be rude again. I gave him a taste of his own medicine by asking if he was going to lecture me on anything else before I paid, he just stared at me. I really do not understand why anyone who feels okay speaking to someone like that, especially a woman, is working the register or working in customer service at all. That had to be the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. I will be avoiding this location and Chipotle all together from now on. I do not recommend this place unless you want to be belittled, rushed, and talked down to by a man at the...
Read moreI truly wish that there was a zero stars option as I have never been so horribly treated anywhere that I’ve ever been upon walking into pick up a door Dash order I was screamed at by a man behind the counter about wearing a mask and I did not realize I had to have one because I don’t live in Missouri and there’s no mask mandate in Kansas at this time so I pulled out my mask and put it on with no problem I didn’t fight with anyone nor backtalk. I had also been here yesterday to pick up two different door dash orders and not one person told me that I needed to have a mask when I came in or out otherwise I would’ve known prior that I needed to have a mask on. Then I let this man know that I was there to pick up a door Dash order and gave the name and I proceeded to stand there and wait and wait and wait even though I was already there at the pick up time that it had given me I understand that they are busy so I proceeded to wait silently I didn’t see a man and a young boy come up to the counter away from their table and they don’t have a mask on so I asked why I was that they didn’t have to have a mascon but I did the woman that was at the cash register with blue or purple or pink in her hair whatever it was starts to yell at me and scream at me that they had been eating so it’s OK for them to now be up roaming the restaurant without their masks on I ended up giving the door Dash order away to someone else as I had never been treated so poorly by anyone for no reason at all when I didn’t complain nor treat anyone else badly I can’t wait to continue to spread the word on what a horrible location says another’s many other places to go...
