Panera Bread — Restaurant in Kansas City

I just ordered online around 11:25 am TODAY and I just picked up my order a little before 12 noon TODAY. I ordered a CHICKEN lentil quinoa bowl. I just arrived back to work at 12:15 pm TODAY and I opened up my bowl and saw that there was NO chicken. I double checked to see if it was under the kale floating in the soup. No, there was ZERO chicken! I almost mistook a piece of the lemon poking out of the broth for the chicken. There was DEFINITELY NO CHICKEN in my bowl, and I specifically ordered a lentil quinoa chicken bowl. They even have it listed correctly on the receipt! Basically, I just spent $10 on something that I didn't end up getting. It might taste decently, but it's NOT what I ordered. I called 3-4 times, I kept getting a message about all circuits being busy. Thus, I have elected to post immediately a poor review about my service experience. Hence 2 stars for review.

I NORMALLY LIKE THIS PANERA. Never had an issue before with early closing. But FYI they decided to have their doors locked an hr early. I arrived early for an online prepaid order for 9:15pm and was welcomed with locked doors. I had to walk around to the drive thru to even get them to answer the doors. I called 3 times no answer. Once I knocked on the drive thru window there are all the employees in back smirking at the window. With one eating and just looking at me. One guy answers the drive thru window I explain the issue and while cutting me off with the most blank Stare says what's the name on the order 2 times. Wich I reply with my name twice. He hands it out the window and walks off before I could even check anything. I can understand wanting to go home early I work in sales but to accept an order that's paid for and scheduled and STILLL close the doors early is rude. My daughter was ill and whenever she's not feeling well she's always wanting Panera Broccoli Cheese soup. We ordered online and went to this location to pick up for curbside service. Before my husband could even pull all the way into the space to park, Davion came right to the window with a smile and our order. I asked him if he was sure it was our order and he assured us it was. I was so surprised by the impeccable service that I asked him how he delivered it so fast and he stated he was bringing another order when he saw us pull in and grabbed our order immediately as well.
