Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Kansas City

I really enjoyed dairy Queen.. their 2 for 5 double cheeseburger deal is kickass. They are like the old buck doubles from burger king that were incredible until they stopped the deal and basically did away with them. They had the place looking very clean and did wonderful Christmas decorations. They brought the food to our table and was very kind, someone was cleaning the floor constantly. They have a giant freezer full of ice cream cakes that are about $40... and they look incredible. I just got married and we bought a double stack wedding cake right? Well we should have just bought two cookies and cream ice cream cakes from dairy Queen, and used those for our wedding because they look so fire. I highly recommend this location for a good burger and a relaxing sit down with the family that is financially acceptable, cheap good food for completely reasonable prices. Used to love this dairy queen but it has been going down hill. The quality of the food is not the same. The fries are always old or maybe that's just how they are now. I ordered the same blizzard I always order and it was made wrong so when I went and said something the manager told me she made it so it was right so no point to have them remake it cause it's gonna come out the same. Asked me if I wanted a refund and when I said sure she walked off and didn't come back. The girl at the counter remade my blizzard but it might as well have been plain vanilla cause they barely put anything in it. I figured if this is how they treat their customers then I don't even want a refund. They just won't get my business anymore. Just sad that this is what stands as...

Went here for lunch and was greeted right away by Elizabeth! She took our order and brought our meal out right away. She was so friendly and very personable.

I got the 4 piece chicken strip basket with gravy. Food came out hot and fresh. Plus the home made ranch is fire. This Dairy Queen actually gave you the perfect amount of fries compared to other Dairy Queen’s I have been to.

The restaurant doesn’t have a free style coke machine and I’m glad it didn’t. The free style machine makes the drinks taste awful and mixed together.

It was very clean, bright and a really nice designed building. It is a couple of years old but still looks brand new. Will definitely return to...
