I am leaving one star only, because the option to give less than that is non-present.
I have tried this dominoes dozens of times; the pizza is okay at best, nothing to write home about, but they deliver. However I will never, in my life, use any dominoes because of this one location again. I will likewise recommend to all of my friends, coworkers, and contemporaries to avoid Dominoes if at all possible.
Recently, I decided I wanted Pizza, and would give this location another try. (The last 4 deliveries took 3 hours to get to me, and messed up each order, and they refused to make it right each time, but I thought hey, it’s been 6 months, accidents happen, let’s order pizza.) it was 12:30 at night. I ordered online. The website clearly said, “This location will close soon. But don’t worry, as long as you submit your order before closing it will be cooked and delivered.” Or some such verbiage. I said okay, and I placed my order. 1 am rolled around, 2 am rolled around, 5 am rolled around, still no pizza. I was frustrated, because nobody reached out to me, but assumed it was too close to closing, the website lulled me in with false advertising, and I simply needed a refund (because my card was charged but i never received my pizza.) I call the store when they opened. They said they could not give me a refund, and I should call back when a GM gets in at 5. So I did. They said the GM would be in at 6. I called back at 6. The GM said it would be 48 hours but it was automatically voided so I should receive my refund. I called 72 hours later; no refund, very rude woman saying I wouldn’t get one through them and I would have to take it up with my bank. Called again the next day, same thing. 6 calls total I placed, and dominoes refused to provide me a refund for the pizza that I lawfully ordered predicated on their website from this location; further still, I had to dispute the matter through my bank to get any refund through this abysmal company.
My order was 22.30 cents. It’s not much, but it’s a principle. And frankly, given the advertisement on the website, failure to refund my money or provide the service I paid for, and failure to even try to rectify this matter, I am considering a lawsuit under a couple of different legal theories. Regardless if I pursue those or hire counsel to pursue those, I am boycotting Dominoes in all of its iterations, and I suggest others do the same; I have shared my experience with my co-workers, colleagues, clients, social media friends, and anyone who will listen, and I hope management gets this message to work on their customer service. 22.30 cents will cost you my business and the business of everyone I know.

For the most part, they did a good to excellent job the 1st 3 times, but not 2nite. An HOUR & TWENTY MINUTES after I placed my online order, I called in to check my order status. Got hung up on. Called back FIVE more times to cancel the order, & was kept on hold for a total of 15-20 mins. I live less than 1/2 a mile away. I could have walked there, placed my order, waited for it, & walked back by now. Tried to cancel online, but that option doesn't exist. It's now TWO HOURS & 21 MINUTES since I placed my initial order. Nothing. This is why I won't prepay with a card. I won't be held hostage. They just lost a good, TIPPING customer. *While I was posting a complaint to corporate, the delivery driver contacted me - TWO HOURS & FORTY-FIVE MINUTES after I placed my initial order. I had already eaten by then. UPDATE: Even though they've disappointed me in the past, I thought I'd try again during the pandemic. Now they don't deliver at all. Nicolle was the one who put my pizza in the oven and it said it was sent out to be delivered at 11:24 it is not 12:14 and it says my pizza was delivered by jeffery which is so not true and when i called the store i was on hold for 18 mins before anyone picked up and when nicolle finally answered she was extremely rude with me being the paying customer she continued to over talk me and make excuses as to why my pizza is not at my house stating she is the only one there and jeff is the only driver and she pushed the order through to make it appear that my order was finished but in reality it just got out the oven. It is not acceptable to "bump" orders for the stores speed of service to be accurate nor is it the customers fault that there is only two employees at the store. I took a chance with this company I will definitely stick to Pizza Hut and Papa Johns cause this...
