Last night, I waited for an hour at this Dominos location without receiving the order that the Dominos Tracker said was already done. It took 10 minutes before anyone at the location would even talk to me. Eventually, I spoke to Bryan there, who said the Tracker was automated and would tell everyone that their pizza was done after after a certain amount of time. (This is inconsistent with my experiences at other Domino locations and I could see their touch screen computer where they interact with the tracker from where they made me wait...the employees were just clearing orders en masse rather than interacting with it as untended.) Bryan also said my pizza hadn't been started yet and I would have to wait. I waited an additional 50 minutes after talking to him and then left. During the time that his store was "too busy" to talk to me, get orders done, or answer the phone in a timely manner, there was always someone standing around doing nothing. After a while, I got too frustrated to wait any longer and decided to cancel my order for a refund...but the manager refused to offer a refund. Instead, he blamed me for not picking up my order. In spite of the hour I waited for it and speaking to him personally, Bryan now said my order had been ready all along and that he tossed it when I didn't show up.
Other issues not related to my order but that I witnessed while waiting: Bryan seemed to feel he didn't need to wear his mask while working, leaving it on as a necklace when not talking to customers. When multiple customers were there, Bryan always talked to the white ones first, ignoring the lone black man who was the longest of us to be waiting at one point.
I have had delivery issues from this location before, with messages being sent to me indicating my pizzas had been delivered before the pizzas were even being made and deliveries taking multiple hours after the managers told me they were out of the store. I had thought that ordering via pickup would alleviate those issues, but instead it just demonstrated that the issue isn't the drivers or that the location is somehow busier than any other location. Neither seems to ever have been true. In spite of witnessing the least busy dinner rush I had ever seen at any pizza place, this location just cannot complete an order.

Read moreAVOID THIS PLACE!! I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery at 6:28PM for a celebration. With the “track my order” function on the Domino’s app, I followed along to anticipate when they would arrive. To my surprise, it took them close to an hour just to put the pizzas in the oven. Once the pizzas baked, (it was 7:20PM at this point) the app indicated the pizzas were undergoing a “quality check” and that’s where they stayed until I finally called the store at 8:23PM. They said it was out for delivery and would be there soon. (Even though the app still hadn’t moved from “quality check”) I waited another 30 minutes and called again. They hung up on me. I called back. They said “Uhhh, well, it’s saying it’s out for delivery sooo….” I ended up canceling the order at 8:51… 2 AND A HALF HOURS of waiting for 2 simple pizzas.
Here’s the loophole I believe this store figured out — I attempted to dispute the order on the app. It wouldn’t let me dispute it though until the pizza tracking meter on the app reached “delivery”. Since the meter stayed on “quality check” for the whole time and never displayed that it was out for delivery, there was no way for me to dispute. Basically, it allows them to pick and choose what orders they legitimately make, what orders they make and eat themselves and what orders they simply don’t make at all.
Judging by the other reviews, terrible service has plagued this location for quite some time. I see issues with delivery time, cold food, awful quality food, etc in almost every review up to a year and a half ago. I’m not sure how they’re still in business. Management needs to step their game up and start taking staffing and service seriously. Hold people accountable and fire the idiots not doing their job then hire people that want to work. I know it’s “easier said than done” but other businesses do...
Read moreThis is the worst Domino's I have ever ordered from, and I don't say that lightly. I have given them many, many chances, and it usually ends up being a disappointing experience. Pizzas are often sloppily made and it's clear that they are rushing them out as quickly as possible with little to no quality control. The previous manager used to call after I'd placed an order online and tell me they were out of all the toppings I'd ordered and that my order would take 2 hours to arrive in an obvious attempt to get me to cancel. In the past year they seemed to change management and things improved, but it did not last. Most often something is not right with my order—toppings don't make it onto the pizza, cheese is not evenly distributed, and sometimes it looks like the person making the pizza just grabbed a handful of whatever topping and threw it on top of everything else with no attention to proportions or distribution, like making the pizza was an afterthought to getting the order out as quickly as possible. I have ordered numerous times well over an hour before the listed closing time and have been told my order is being canceled because they only have one drive. I understand being busy, but if that's the case the ordering hours should be updated or another driver should be hired. Most recently when I received two extremely sloppily made pizzas I was told when I called that the driver was rushing the manager to get the orders out the door and that was the reason why my pizzas were not made correctly and arrived to me in a nearly inedible state. Unfortunately, I won't be ordering from this location again as it's just always a...
