Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Kansas City

I simply ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and added bacon and tomatoes.When my pizza arrived the driver was excellent and super nice,but when I got to the kitchen it had VERY LITTLE bacon and NO TOMATOES......I expect what I pay for.Don't think that's too unreasonable.Anywho,I called them back and was connected to a mgr.when I asked he said his name was Sean and he was the G.M. He proceeded to tell me that there were tomatoes on my pizza.I told him that was not the case.He continued to say there were but I just couldn't see them because of the buffalo sauce they use for that pizza and not the regular"red sauce" as I call it.He also told me they have a certain weight of the things that they are able to put on each pizza.He kept insisting there was plenty of bacon and tomatoes on my pizza and he knew this because he made my pizza and had to open a new can of tomatoes......Which I thought was mighty funny considering they pride themselves on using FRESH INGREDIENTS!!!!!!!!!!Long story longer we came to an agreement to make and send me a fresh pizza that evening because I didn't order a pizza so I could eat cereal for dinner!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He proceeded to tell me that he wished he didn't have to be at the store because he would deliver my new pizza and show me where the tomatoes were that I wasn't seeing because of the sauce.I didn't want my pizza spit on so I chose to say nothing other than T.Y. to this jerk because what I wanted to say was.....I wish you could to so that when your dumb ass sees that there ARE NO tomatoes on the pizza "he made himself....lmbo!!!!!" he could APOLOGIZE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well my next pizza came back after almost 2hrs. of them trying to get it right and there was still little bacon,but to my amazement I'm NOT BLIND and could see the tomatoes even with the buffalo sauce!!!!!!Their people need to be properly trained as to how to make pizzas because if they're only allowed a certain weight for the toppings then the toppings should be ALL OVER THE PIZZA!!!!!!NOT on just a few pieces.Although the cheese was nice and burnt just the way everyone wants their pizza to be.TERRIBLY DISGUSTED WITH THE G.M. SEAN!!!!!!!!! I will NEVER order from any Dominoes again....Pizza Hut that I stopped eating yrs. ago is better than Dominoes!!!!!! I'll go back to ordering from either Minskys or Sarpinos pizza.They are delicious gourmet pizzas and I haven't had to complain ever with either establishment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Domino's used to be my favorite place to order pizza from. The service is terrible and their conflict resolution is offensively poor.

I'm not a picky guy, but they delivered me a completely burnt pizza that looked like it sat under a fridge for a week. I ordered from this location before and had never had a problem. When I called to get a different one, they told me it was too late and that they would get me a new pizza the next day. (Note: they were the reason it arrived late)

After contacting them the next day, they tried to tell me that I didn't order a pizza from them. I went to the store with the pizza (in box, with the store details on the side), my receipt, and with a print out of the order confirmation. Even after acknowledging that the pizza was unacceptable and that I must have gotten it from them, they still denied me a new pizza or a refund.

I eventually reported it to corporate; pictures, receipts, etc. They acknowledged that the pizza looked horrific and assured me that they would take everything into account... They made it sound like they were going to review an employee or something. Fantastic, but what about my money? I didn't get a refund or a new pizza or anything.

This experience ruined Domino's for me; my very favorite pizza place. I get pizza about twice a week, but I can't bring myself to eat Domino's after such a bad experience.

I'm not exaggerating when I say the pizza wasn't edible. The "pizza" was black, misshapen, and ever so...

WORST DOMINOS EVER! I waited FOUR HOURS for my food with no communication from the store! I tried calling but they wouldn’t answer. Two hours after I ordered, I finally got through, they told me it would be another 40 minutes before my pizza was delivered. Safe to say, it was two hours later AGAIN when it was finally delivered.. before they showed up to deliver they called me and asked “Well do you still want the food?”.

Like what?! I spend $50+ on pizza to wait 4 hours and you ask me that? The pizza was very cold, boxes were dirty and greasy, and it looks like someone ate some AND they gave the wrong drink! If you’re short on staff, just say that. If you can’t deliver, then make it carry out only. I wouldn’t have an issue with that.

I was just upset with how the food turned out, how long it took to come, and the lack of customer service. Absolute insanity. —————————————— Update! Gave 1 star originally, but updated it to 4 because of the guy making the pizzas! I took my food back to the store and he remade it and couldn’t apologize enough. Definitely made it better and I do appreciate him. Seems like the only good worker there. I’ve ordered from here before and he was the only one working. Poor guy. 🥺 But props to you my dude.
