El taco — Restaurant in Kansas City

I'm putting 1 star because I have to select at least 1 to write a review. If I could put ZERO stars I would. You don't even deserve a star eL tAcO. Ordered through a delivery service. Tacos, chicken burrito, chicken quesadilla, tortilla chips, and 1 horchata. Driver gets here with 1 TIED "el mercado fresco" GROCERY bag. No drink. We open the bag, No tacos, 1 $11.99 STEAK burrito (because it's understandable for a TACO RESTAURANT to run out of one of the most popular meats on a Friday evening right?.. sure. WHICH WAS ALSO RIDICULOUSLY TINY AND LACKING PRETTY MUCH ANYTHING RESEMBLING ANY FLAVOR AT ALL), 1 $11.29 STEAK quesadilla (INEDIBLE. FLIMSY. PAPER THIN. TASTELESS MEAT. CHEESE? SURE IF THATS WHAT YOU WANT TO CALL IT), 1 bag of some really salty really greasy chips. 1 cup of SUBPAR "salsa", AND LAST 1 box of churros (undercooked, disgusting, with some kind of dipping sauce cup that looked and smelled horrendous of which we couldn't even identify) to make up for not having chicken. So like any average person we call the restaurant and ask about the missing food. They answered us with "WE GAVE THE DRIVER 2 BAGS AND A DRINK. THE MISTAKE ISN'T ON OUR END" so we call the driver and he says no they gave him 1 bag. I figured the driver was telling the truth and then LO AND BEflippingHOLD, not 5 minutes later did the driver call back saying HE CALLED THE RESTAURANT AND THEY ADMITTED TO HIM THAT THEY ONLY GAVE HIM 1 BAG.... I wouldn't really be upset about the missing food if the quality was half decent but man.. don't claim to be a Mexican kitchen with what you guys are dishing out. Not even the TORTILLAS were passible. No reliability on service, no quality on product. Also... What Mexican restaurant actually sells...

I am sitting at the counter right now. I ordered a veggie burrito. It said that it came with guacamole. The menu clearly states “includes guacamole”. The girl said you have to specify that you want guacamole with it. I said that I am not going to fight about it I just want the guacamole. The girls claimed that they put guacamole on it. I handed her the burrito so that she could see for herself that there was no guacamole on it. She took the burrito and said you’re not getting anything. And now refuses to even give me my money back. No guacamole, no...

Ordered from uber eats only because they had buy one get free on an order of two tacos and that turned out to be a false. I call the restaurant thinking they made a mistake which is understandable but the manager said they don't have any deals like that. I asked her to take it down from uber eats she said ok. I guess we'll see. I ordered the pastor tacos dry af, it looked like they took the crispy overcooked remains from the other dishes and threw it on a corn taco shell. I wouldn't the pastor.
