If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I was already skeptical about visiting this location, as I’ve always gone to the Little Caesars on 24 hwy in Sugar Creek. Since this is the closest location, my family decided to stop by this location. To start off, the parking is always full, and some customers either don’t know how to park correctly or they just don’t care. Cars were parked taking up TWO spots. While walking in, the store reeked of dirty mop water. The lobby already had quite a few people standing around waiting for their orders, but my order was taken pretty fast. I ordered two classic pepperoni pizzas and an order of crazy cheese bread. We stood there for about 20 minutes waiting, as we watched people come and go. Let me just say, I had already heard rumors about the staff not using gloves and I can confirm this is true. Not sure if this is a location thing or their company does not abide by any sort of policy that requires the use of gloves. Very disgusting and unsanitary. Absolutely none of the cooks or cashiers were wearing hairnets. The employees must not have a clear uniform policy as some were wearing crocs and no nonslip shoes. I work in the fast food industry myself so I know walking around an oily floor with no nonslip shoes is a TOTAL hazard. The cashiers were cussing and play fighting in front of the customers. The manager did nothing to stop them, if anything, she joined in and played around with them. Why would you do this while you have a lobby full of customers? People who ordered after us received their order before us, so we brought it up to the cashier who then rudely told us that it would be a wait on the cheese bread. She then asked for the receipt and spoke with the other cashier about how there was some miscommunication that resulted in our order being handed out to someone else! Waited another 5 minutes to finally receive our food, and when we asked for cheese and pepper packets, we were rudely told they didn’t have cheese. Ok, that figures. We accept just taking pepper packets, but while driving home we noticed that we were given herb packets instead of pepper packets. Will never go to this location ever again. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FILTHY, UNSANITARY PLACE RAN BY RUDE TEENS AND MANAGEMENT THAT...
Read moreI usually have a great and easy experience every time we order here, great food, great price. However, my trip on Saturday this week was a little different. I think it was because of the time and day, but they were PACKED. DEFINITELY need to expand their driving/parking lot. Could barely even pull in. Anyway, my pizza was about an hour late, however I wasn't upset and that absolutely ONLY because of the amazing ladies working the counter. Everyone in there was working their butts off, but I want to give extra props to the counter girls for dealing efficiently and effectively with a lobby with about 15 hungry impatient people in it, most who didn't speak English. The Hispanic young lady was helping them, and a very nice young lady named Renee looked out for me. She kept me updated, apologized, compensated me for my extra long wait (cheesy bread most definitely is made fresh, in case you wondered 😂), and she did it all with a great attitude. She wasn't even fazed, just doing her job like a boss. A pizza boss. As was blonde tall dude in the back cooking, boxes spinning and flying back and forth. My 3 yr old and I were at least entertained and impressed. It wasn't their fault it took so long. That's just a very busy spot, day and time. At a different place, I would ended by writing a very different review. Where they work, that location, I can't imagine what all they have seen or dealt with. And all for the price of one of their pizzas, in pay, per hour. They deserve more, because that place would fall if not for the amazing workers employed there. Still, one of my pizzas was wrong. I ordered bacon and pepperoni and instead got jalapeno,Italian sausage and pepperoni which I can not, and did not eat. It was all good though my bf liked it...
Read moreOrdered delivery through the website. Only received two pizzas. I called up to the shop and they claimed to not know anything of our order. So I went up there and took the two pizzas with me. When I got there I showed them the confirmation email and was rudely asked for the receipt. I showed him the email again. After scrolling through the email for a bit, he looked at me and said, The order's not here which means it's already been picked up. Once it leaves the store it's not our problem. Then proceeded to instruct me on how to get ahold of customer service. Waited on hold with customer service for 20 mins before just giving up. So now my family has to deal with splitting two pizzas. The last time we went there we waited an hour for our food for an hour because they kept giving...
