We hired Hefter Catering for our wedding and we could not recommend them enough! They were absolutely amazing to work with and the food was so good. We received compliments from guests ALL night about how good the food was. We loved going for a more "casual" vibe with the taco bar at our wedding, but it tasted high-end and delicious. Hefter provides so many toppings and fixings to build your tacos with that there is something for everyone. All of their products besides the beef and chicken are made without animal products so vegans/vegetarians can easily find something to eat! We also had their charcuterie board during our cocktail hour and it was displayed beautifully. Lastly, the desserts were a huge hit! They offered 4 different flavors so guests could mix it up.
