I NEVER write reviews EVER. But this keeps happening. I go to mcdonald’s in the morning because they’re currently remodeling my kitchen. I grab breakfast for my kids. The same lady “Martha” is in the 2nd drive thru. I grab something different for the kiddos everytime. She always has an attitude. Today specifically, is where i drew the line. Usually and i know this because i worked at this location. You give out the drinks and straws first. I had 3 drinks. A orange juice, a macchiato, and a frappe. She only gave me the frappe. Then she handed the bag. 4 burritos and an oatmeal. Only 3 outa the 4 were there. i gave her the bag back and she proceeds to give me an attitude. Per usual. nothing new. she hand the bag back. The burritos were in meals. they come with the hash brown and the drinks. I was so into making sure everything was in the bag because they ALWAYS forget something. I drive off. The drinks were never given to me. I come back, she then proceeds to say “it’s not my fault u drove off, pay attention.”……… JUST WOW. like it’s your job to give me what i asked for, she said she “told me to go to second window”, SHE NEVER DID FYI. I was already frustrated with the fact that i was getting treated so bad. Today. 10/23/2024

On a Tuesday morning i believe it was on the 8th. I went in for quick breakfast after taking my kiddos to Turner REC, for parents and teachers. I went in around 10:20AM. I didnt leave till 10:40. Ten minutes after breakfast ended. I only live 5 minutes from this location. I had a meeting with a teacher at 10:30. i came for fast service. Same thing. Same person. and i could go ON and ON about the same “manager”. I had came up to the window and told her about ANOTHER incident before, the same lady forgot my oatmeal. I had told her and she came up to the window speaking Spanish then english after i had spoke to her in English. Which is fine i don’t mind i do speak spanish. but she said “oh i’m sorry since this is america i forgot i can’t speak spanish”. Which ???? has nothing to do with what i said about the oatmeal. She then proceeded to ask for a receipt, i told her i would pull it on the app. She then said you know what it’s fine. She handed the drinks over and told me to go to the second window. which she already had 5 cars in front of me waiting too. I then waited 15 MINUTES for my food? which is OUTRAGEOUS. I then went inside after 10 minutes, and other people were waiting too, mad and angry at the wait time. A nicer older lady next to me was asking if i could check in her food, and the manger was telling off her employees in Spanish, saying stuff like “niña ponte a poner los hashbrown, siempre te digo y siempre te haces como que no sabes” then under her breath mumbled “como P3nd3j4”. i’ll translate, she said girl, go put hash browns down, “i always tell you and you always act like you don’t know.” then mumbled “like a dumb4ss”. Then told another employee in spanish “dale la comida ala m0ya” meaning “give the food to the black bitc*.” I have never seen somone be so racist towards someone in my whole life of living. Then made a face towards me. i grabbed the lady’s food for her and then gave it to her, i heavy heartedly told the lady she just said something so racist towards in spanish, i would tell your husband or call corporate, she looked stunned. She went told her husband. I then proceeded to ask for my food and drinks and left. that was 10:34. She before handed my food kept saying, hurry up hurry up slow people. but meaner in spanish.
I could go on about incidents. But these are just the 2 craziest ones yet. I mentioned before i NEVER make reviews, but these just hurt to make. i used to work here, she also was my manager at some point and i never worked under her clock and i’m glad i didn’t. she was rude and entitled. i hate to break it to you but teachers from turner agree too, other people in my community agree...

Tonight makes the second time my husband and I have left this McDonald’s without receiving any food. When we arrived, there were 3 cars ahead of us. With each car, it seemed like they were doing one order at a time so it took a while (no big deal, we are patient people). After some time passed, it was our turn to order, and again, we were just waiting patiently.
I work in retail so I understand being short staffed etc. especially during night shift. 5 minutes go by and no employee was on the speaker to take our order. So naturally we start trying to engage by saying hello, trying to trip the sensor on the drive thru, etc. and are not getting any responses back. We think okay maybe they’re still helping the people before us so we continue to wait. 10 minutes go by and no employer has taken our order, so we decide to pull around to the window.
Mind you, at this point, there’s about 7 other vehicles that have collected behind us now causing a wrap around line. There were no cars at either of the windows when we pulled around, and when we got to the window, there was no employee in sight. After a few minutes of waiting and honking our horn, no one came, so we left.
A few weeks ago we had a very similar experience. We placed a mobile order fairly late around 11pm since my husband works night shift. When we went to pick up the order, no employee ever came to the speaker to get our order/code. After 10 or so minutes of waiting, we drove around in which a Hispanic female came up to the window and rudely told us she won’t take orders at the window and we need to order at the speaker. We tried explaining to her that we were waiting for over 10 minutes and had a mobile order with a code and she said “pull around”, shut the window, and walked away. Needless to say, we cancelled our order and left.
This is the closest McDonalds to my house so this is highly disappointing. I’ve also only ever had problems at night, when I go here during the morning or day, my experience is fine. I’ve noticed I haven’t been going as often though since they don’t want to help me, and if this happens again, that’ll be the third and final...
Read moreRoaches, wrong orders, frozen lettuce, etc.. Not ONCE have they ever tried to make it up to you as a customer. I go to this McDonalds frequently as it is on my way to work and easy to stop and grab breakfast through the drive thru. But I have so many issues that I have called the corporate office on several occasions. Once when calling about getting the wrong order 3 days in a row, I was told that it was MY fault for not inspecting the order when they handed it to me. When calling about the food not being cooked right (which was not the first time) I was told to take it back, to which I responded that I couldn't, as I got breakfast on the way to work and could not just leave work to take it back - then I was told that I should unwrap and take a bite of all my items while in the drive thru since I couldn't return my orders after I got to work. - This last time I called was because this morning right in front of me I saw someone hold a nap[kin out of the window and drop something, when I pulled up and looked down at what had been dropped I saw it was a very large COCKROACH! As they handed me my bag I said "She just threw a cockroach out of your drive thru window" The response I got was "It was just on the floor, not on your food." I told them that I did not want any food from there and to just refund my money. The manager tried to ask if I just wanted them to remake my order. I asked how they failed to see that the situation was disgusting, I no longer had an appetite and I just wanted my money back. I had to pull forward and wait to get my money brought out to me, Unfortunately they could not return my appetite nor my time. When corporate called me back - they told me that it was only a little beetle that had flown into the drive thru window. I told her is was most definitely a cockroach to which she argued, So I told her that she wasn't there, she didn't see it and I did and asked if she was calling me a liar- that's when she promptly told me very rudely to have a nice day and hung up on me.
