I went through the drive-thru order my food as normal also I place a cookie tote with my food purchase got my food purchase food was cold mind you I purchased 30 nuggets so I went in I was so worried about my cookie tote that they made me wait 8 minutes in a drive-thru for and only takes 3 minutes to cook the cookies that they stated goes in asks and speak with the manager Marcia she's back there with the gentleman first thing She say out of her mouth oh he can wait let alone I'm standing here with a manager that is in the store that took me to her so I said so you want to make a paying customer wait that has a complaint oh I thought you was here to fill out an application and I said if I was here to fill out an application I would not want to be here working up under you because of the demeanor that you just gave me so I proceed to go to the front to get my cookies Erwin is sitting here speaking Spanish not knowing I am a African American bilingual speaking male so he's sitting up here calling me stupid black man complaining about cookies so when I start to speak in Spanish that's when everyone want to come up and say no no we was just waiting for your cookies again no they were rude they were sitting there talking to me as I didn't know what they were seeing they're all calling me dumb and you know basically making me feel like I'm a nuisance because I was complaining about something that I paid for Marcia needs to be put in another position that's not dealing with McDonald's Erwin needs to be put in another position that's not dealing with McDonald's because right now and the process they gave me they made me feel like I'm just ignorant black man because there is a lot of homeless black people that wander around there so I don't understand that she must mistaken me for homeless black man because I was in my work clothing that's how I took it just by the demeanor in the way that she was speaking to me and I still didn't get my food corrected that was making me seem like I was such a nuisance and a problem like I was causing a big scene and it was upper management that was there above her that was sitting back there that was allowing this as well so someone from corporate that was sitting right there looking at me dead in my face was letting this happened yesterday approx me at 12:16 so when corporate was there with Marcia that corporate person to get put in another position that's not dealing with McDonald's either for her to sit up there and have that behavior over a paying customer that's having a complaint about the workers and the food that I received how is that fair nor right and then when I ask for her name to call corporate Ms Marcia didn't give it to me The other manager that was on duty the Spanish lady that was on duty She the one that gave me your information cuz at first she wasn't going to give me her name so then when I start speaking Spanish that's when she wanted to feel concerned and I feel that's not right because if they didn't feel or think that I didn't know Spanish they would have kept talking to me disrespect me in Spanish not knowing I'm a bilingual African American male this store needs to be looked at it's too many complaints there's too many racism issues going on up there and I still haven't got a call back for corporate this McDonald's needs to be looked at it needs to be looked at by higher management at McDonald's corporate office because this is a ongoing issue that you guys do not need for your business and if you can minimize this by getting rid of all the bad apples thats when your tree will grow...

Read moreThe Manager on Duty on Sunday September 5 at 1030 at night is a THIEF, We had 2 mobile orders one for 7.29, which she charged me for. Then a minute later ( literally check the time stamp in photo) she charged me 9.58, which is more than the second order of 5.35 was. When we told her it charged us a second time she Proudly Stated that that was my problem and we still needed to pay for the second order, which she charged me almost double for. So I put my car in park and wanted to know where my 9.58 is, which she began to play dumbfounded as to why we were charged a second time… So they refused to give us our order which we paid double for, even threatened to have the security guard remove us from the drive thru, At which time we put it in park and said OK MOVE US. The rent a cop came to the window like he’s there to handle business. He sides with Us saying he’s you’ve been charged twice, all the while the manager is steady saying she didn’t charge us.
