Horrible Customer Service! The manager “Bre” was very unprofessional nor helpful when I was just trying to get answers & an understanding on how to get a business account w/this particular Papa Johns. She would not answer my simple questions. We were about to purchase hundreds of dollars worth of pizzas for a school pizza party. It was like she did not want our business. When I asked for the General Manager’s info. I was told she was not available because she worked the night shift so she probably was sleep. I was also told that there was no contact info (phone # or email) for the GM and that her answers came from her so she knows as if she condoned her answers & behavior. Very sarcastic. Customer Service is not the same since Covid. Anybody can be a manager now. I would not recommend this Papa Johns. Following this I called Domino's Pizza and they were more than willing to help! Very kind and professional. Our kids had a very successful pizza party thanks to Domino’s Pizza. I also called the customer service number for Papa Johns because I just couldn’t believe the service I received. I was told I would receive a call/email. Either would work but preferred email. I saw someone from Papa John’s called the school at 9 PM (of course we’re closed) never left a voicemail so I would know who to call back nor sent an email or even tried to follow up during regular school...
Read moreThe driver was very cutious ! I order the new 6 cheese ,bacon pizza and when I opened it to eat it. Crust was burnt and hardly no cheese. I called for the very first time and said, I'm sorry, but this Pizza is to hard too eat. Manager said, well we could get you another large for 12 dollars... I'm like excuse me!! I just paid 25 bucks with tip. Then he said ,well what do you want me to do. I said, I would like a new pizza please. Long pause! Then he said well, you have to pay delivery charge and it will be 45 mins. Rude manager! I plan on taking this burnt pizza back tomorrow and hopefully talk to a professional manager who cares. The big problem, was we didn't get to eat tonight. If this was my business!!! I guarantee thus manager would have proper training or be gone. I know there are people who complain for free stuff. But not this girl! I just wanted them to take the bad burnt pizza back and give me a better one. Never, ever will I order a pizza from this Papa Johns! Shame on you for your unprofessional attitude. Read moreWent to the store to pick up my order I'd pushed through online. Get there to find out it's not done. No big deal, go back to the car and wait more than the 5 minutes I'd been informed it would take to finish. Only to find out it's not done. Still no big deal I'm patient, I work in retail I get it. The employee then puts half my order on the counter and walks away. No words, no checking my orders completion. When I inform them I'm missing a 2 liter and garlic sauce. The employee demanded I show them the box to prove I'd ordered it in the first place. Once done I get the pop thrown in a bag and laid on the counter for the employee to walk away again. Obviously upset that I'd asked for my paid for product. Then I get out to my car frustrated due to the lack of attention or effort and realize I'm still short garlic sauce. It's really not a big deal but I did pay for said extra sauce. Decided to just leave, and as I back out a delivery driver flies through the parking lot almost hitting my car.
