So... Covid. That is enough to make anyone crazy. I guess these employees took it to a new level. They lock the obvious lobby door that is accessible by the parking lot, blocking it off with random store paraphernalia. A side door that is accessible by sidewalk, but not the parking lot is totally open. Because... Make the customer walk 50 ft around the side of a building. That makes sense?? I didn't go to the random, unexpected door - this was largely due to the fact that there was no sign referencing another door and at this juncture in my perilous adventure, I was yet unaware of its existence. I hopped back in my car and did drive through. But drive through decided my order wasn't ready (even though it was) and they told me to wait at the front door, which to my knowledge was locked. I waited. No one came out. It had been 20 minutes since I pulled up to the drive through speaker. I knocked on the door and all the employees (inside, behind the counter) started yelling at me (still outside in the rain) through their MASKS prohibiting me from the luxury of lip reading. Another customer, gloriously equipped with telepathy, showed up, stared at the door, and started walking the perimeter. I followed for funsies. Ok and behold! A random, unknown door!! When i got inside, I watched intently as nothing was prepared and I asked where the food was. I was told the fries were still being cooked. I watched the fry area. Nothing was happening. Then, the snarky sinner who told me the fries were being cooked, waited a few more minutes to pull out a bag that had clearly been sitting and waiting the entire time. She cleverly piled on extra drinks, which did not come with that order, on top of the boxes of food, failing to secure the drinks in the drink containers. I ninja walked to my car, suspicious, but yet unaware of the trap that had been set for me. Of course the drinks all fell out into my car, but props to Taco Bell for having the best cups and lids - zero leakage!!
Suffice it to say: I no longer believe in the $15/HR minimum. This is a business in the customer service industry which hires people who CLEARLY do not care about customers. And these people who do not care about other humans are in charge of food production... Nopety...

Now for my second review the service was extremely poor I ordered at the kiosk and was paying cash so I was instructed to go to the counter to pay I stood there and kept standing while employee after employee walked by not saying a word to me I was patient still nothing eventually I sat down then customer that ordered after me kept getting there food first finally I went back to the counter and someone asked what I needed I said I need to pay for my food I've been waiting mind you about 15 minutes now just to pay so I sit back down to wait for my food and one of the lady employees says something to another customer and he was like yeah thats us we have been waiting to pay she proceeds to tell us she was standing there for the last 20 mins which was a bold face lie and that we should have Hollered to get her attention to pay she continues to be rude and put the blame on me and another customer for the poor service I ask for her name to make a complaint completely ignores me I try talking with a different employee to speak with the manager again I'm ignored finally an employee maybe a manager say we can't give out names. my food is now ready but I have not gotten my drinks I ask for them again I'm ignored so I grab my cups to fill up then all of the sudden the say hey you can't do that and I'm like well I asked more than once for my drinks and you have all ignored me they tell me I should have gone somewhere else to eat because they were busy I spent 41 dollars on my order and was treated like a peice of trash I was also told to shut up . I get home to my children and wife which my kids are now up past bedtime because of this whole ordeal and I go through my food and there are multiple things wrong with the order absolutely crappy experience wouldn't recommend...
Read moreThey messed up our order (2 completely wrong items) and then the lady at the window called over the manager and then they tried to tell us they cannot change it, or do anything about it. They had a slight attitude about it as well. We finally accepted what they told us, we would have to completely re-order, so we went ahead and re-did the order and had to pull back around to the drive through speaker. When we got to the window again to get the new order the lady just threw her arm out with the bag, didn't look our way, and said "Have a good night" in the most sarcastic tone ive ever heard as she literally slammed the window shut. She hadn't even handed us the drink for that order yet, and had we not yelled out "Wait we still have a drink with that order" she wouldn't have opened the window again. She had to pour the drink after we reminded her about it because she had totally forgotten it... So that would have been another messed up order had we not reminded her. This was 100% the most ridiculous interaction I've ever experienced. It was embarrassing on them to the point it was laughable instead of angering. Whatever is going on here needs to change if it is...
