This is one of the worst coffee shops I have ever seen operating in an airport environment. I know it’s about supporting local businesses but if this is the standard for local business I would rather have a Starbucks here. I have been here 3 times after landing for coffee / food, none of them is a pleasant experience. Waited on average 10-15 min to get a coffee, and I am the only customer there. Thank god I didn’t get a cup of coffee when I am trying to catch a flight. The employees obviously don’t want to work here. I have had an incident where one employee just stood there playing with her phone, and the other one complaining to another employee that no one is working, and a 3rd employee making me a coffee while flipping through a user manual on how to make them. Parisi obviously don’t know how to operate a shop in an airport, as this is probably their first go at this. Hope they can learn quickly. In the meantime, I am switching my business elsewhere. Three strike outs is enough for me to move on. Do not...
Read moreI was very disappointed with my experience. I was excited to try their coffee. The first issue I ran into was that when I tried to order, they didn’t have several drinks available. I finally asked what they did have available. I also ordered a breakfast sandwich. When I got my coffee, the lids they use are not secure. I had iced coffee & it practically poured out at the lid and down my clothing. The flavor of the drink was not pleasant either. It tasted like straight sugar & not like coffee. I know some people like this, but it is not my preference. After I received the coffee I was still waiting for my sandwich. They had forgotten about it. I was not in a hurry, so I was fine waiting. I walked to my gate, only managing to drink half the coffee before throwing it away, I sat down to eat my sandwich and was very disappointed to discover it wasn’t even the sandwich I ordered. The flavor was also underwhelming. Overall, I am most bummed and frustrated that I paid $20 for two items that I really didn’t want and...
Read moreI rarely leave low reviews, but this place absolutely earned it. Do yourself a favor and avoid it. I ordered a medium black coffee and a bagel with cream cheese, and before placing the order, I specifically asked if they could toast the bagel. The guy at the counter assured me they could.
However, when I received it, the bagel was soft and soggy. I asked the woman who handed it to me if it had been toasted, and she admitted the toaster was broken—so she microwaved it instead. When I expressed my disappointment, she said she’d try the toaster again and proceeded to put the already-microwaved bagel into the toaster oven.
As you might expect, it came out soggy and tough—definitely a first for me. With so many other food options at the airport, I recommend...
