Stopped here before flight around 6:30am. Not the best service. Seemed like they were not prepared. 3 people working, one taking orders, one drinks one heating food. They were out of a few things. I got a croissant and small coffee. Said don’t have to warm food, was told it’s cold been in refrigerator. I said that’s fine. Got my croissant and it wasn’t cold it was extremely hard. Got the coffee and no sleeve for a pipping hot cup of coffee. Almost to where you couldn’t hold it. Asked for sleeves and it was like oh yeah we have them. (They were by the lady who was doing the coffees).
Just didn’t seem very prepared. Not sure would return back especially since there are a lot of other places to get coffee and...

At first they didn’t have the sauce for General Tso’s so the manager was working on refunding our order, which is more difficult if ordered through the kiosk. While we were waiting for the refund, the sauce came in and they prepared it very quickly. The manager was still going to refund us for our trouble; we told him not to, but he and the whole waitstaff were so nice.
