Went on app order my 2 sandwichs 2 hours before i was to pick it up. I like doing it on app so I can get what I want with out pressure. The last time was here was 2 years ago but I know it still same people running it. And they are slow. I get there 10 min after my time and app it said it was ready.but it wasn't. The lady was kind of rude behind counter I just brush it off but I kind of put me in some kind of way. So I was hoping they made it good and was just having a bad day. OH no we get to ballpark and have a little Picnic pullout my sandwich out to my surprise they did my husband right but not mine. I add extra veggies and different cheese and it to be cut in to 3rds. Sandwich barely had any veggies and I can only see the sprinkle cheese, but no grilled cheese and it might’ve been toasted, but the sandwich was not hot or warm and we went at 5min down the road. I probably wouldn’t complaint but I asked for foot long charro and that sucker was hard as a rock couldn’t even bite through it. I will never go back to the store again I will drive all the way out 10 miles go to mr. Goodcents. foul me once foul me twice that is all I need. Don’t stop here if you want good food sandwich. Read moreStopped by this Subway yesterday and grabbed a couple of sandwiches - spicy Italian (now called the hotshot Italian) and the titan turkey. Got home … about 10 minutes away … and unwrapped the turkey only to be met with a rather “funky” smell. The kind of smell that turkey has when it hasn’t been kept at appropriate temperature. The Italian sandwich was fine. I called the store and the man I spoke with apologized … told me I could stop by the next day with my receipt and they would refund my money for the turkey sandwich. So … stopped there today after work only to be told there was nothing they could do without seeing the sandwich, which of course had been thrown away the previous day. Staff called the manager to explain what I had been told - I actually spoke to her on speaker. The manager said they needed the sandwich to prove it was bad … and she had a tough time believing my turkey sandwich could have been bad because they had been using that same turkey for the last couple of days and nobody else had complained. What? So , if you’re thinking about eating at this Subway, I would definitely reconsider. Definitely some red flags as to the freshness...
Read moreThe store had a sign on the store that they were slammed and there could be a wait but be patient. Please no yelling at the employees as they were short-staffed because of covid. I entered and it was honestly the standard wait I am used to at other subways. I ordered my sandwich, and the gal that took my order cut the bread, then decided that the bread was not right and got another fresh one. She cut it and then asked me what was on the sandwich. I got the idea it might have been her first day. We both read the menu board together, and she asked if I wanted those items on the sandwich. She set it up, then to the toaster who took care of that. The next employee dressed it and the person at the register charged me and gave me the special on that sandwich. All and all, no one was frustrated with the wait, and it seemed to be a happy experience for all. I suspect they also had an uptick in traffic that day because they are next to the big covid testing site and those people have been waiting all...
