Lost a customer for LIFE!!!! First off me and my family go here twice a week and spend at least $20 each time. I can say I never have had a problem with there food or customer service since I was a kid. This Wensday 11/01/16 at 10:05 went to this Pizza Hut to pick up my carryout order. When we get there the place is dark and the door is locked. I call there number. They take like 3 min to answer. No Big Deal. The lady finally answers. I tell her I am outside to pick up my carryout order. Then the attitude comes in. I'm sorry sir we are close. I than ask about my credit card being charged. She says with a attitude that it will not be charged. I thank say to you guys couldn't have called to let me know I can't pick up my order. She than answers by saying I am cursing at her and hung up on me. I was like wow. I really couldn't believe that she accused me of cursing at her.
So I thank call back. Took FOREVER to answer. I say in my normal voice that I am a deacon at a church for 2 years and I did not curse at you. I than ask her for her name so I can let cooperate know about how she was treating me. She says that she will not talk to me if I am raising my voice. I told her I never raised my voice (I have my wife and a sleeping baby as my witness). She thanked says I do not have to give you my name and hung up. I tried calling back but nobody answered (even tried my wife's phone. Still no answer. I guess customers trying to make a order directly to the store didn't have a option). I will be spending my minimum of $960 a year at some other pizza place. Even if they are more expensive. At least you will get better customer...
Read morePlaced an order for 2 large pizzas and a dessert for delivery. When the driver came to the door he handed me one large pizza and a dessert I said there should be two large pizzas to which he replied "it might be in there" pointing to the one large pizza box. Clearly the one box was not filled with two pizzas and so I asked if he was going to get my other pizza and he said "I don't know, call the shop". At this point I am just dumbfounded, what kind of service is this? I tried calling the shop several times but it just rings and rings until I am sent over to the call center. Guess I'm just SOL. I did eventually get my order but by the time I got the missing pizza it had been sitting in their heater area for so long it was hard as a rock.
This next part is about Pizza Hut in general and not this specific store: I tried looking online and on my emailed receipt but there's no way to submit an issue with your order. I had to go through the "contact us" area on the website where I had to enter in every single bit of information about the order as if they can't look it up from the order number provided. Customer service is in shambles these days, nobody to talk to except bots, hurdles and hurdles just to get any sort of outcome, it's all ridiculous. I should know by now to stay away from chains but here is just another brick...
Read moreWe ordered a couple of pizza's last night and the estimate for delivery was 45 min. after 90 min we finally received our delivery trust me had the estimated delivery time been anything over an hour we would have ordered pizza from somewhere else.
and the pizza's were not amazing. normally we love pizza hut but today I will be adding them to not visit again list. and done ordering pizza's from them the pizza were lackluster in flavor and honestly because of the late delivery time the pizza's were cold and tasted like they had been sitting for quite some time. I Was so underwhelmed by this act of customer service and quality product.
Mind you we live Directly across from the plaza not even 2 blocks away. Some folks may ask then why delivery, why not just drive for pick up, or walk across the street "yes its that close".
the thing with delivery is its a luxury, and after a 12 hour day at work instead of staying home and cooking a nice meal we decide to order out and have it delivered. but we expect a quality product and hastily delivery times to match up to there estimates at least with a...
