Ordered a burrito bowl online. Picked it up at the store on State avenue. Got home realized it was the wrong order. Try to call store but got the computer instead of a person. the computer kept repeating itself over and over again Looks like you're trying to cancel the order. Got there asked to speak to the manager she said there was nothing she could do for me because it was ordered online. I told her I had called several times in the computer continues to repeat itself. I said you should be able to do something for me either give me my money back or make my bowl and I deserve some type of comp like chips or something. Mind you I drove all the way home and had to come back. Young lady that was working the drive-thru said you were right it was the wrong order. The manager says there's nothing I can do we don't give comps and you have an attitude. I told her that you need to do something. She got angry threw the bowl in the trash and said she was not going to give me any money or a new order get out your trespassed. She proceeded to call the police, the customers that were inside were confused because it escalated very fast. And I had never raised my voice cursed called her name I just was requesting the service that I paid for The police came Gardner and Gray. They said that she wants to trespass me that's what she can do. They said if I would have left that wouldn't have been trespassed but I'm not running from anyone because I did nothing wrong. Why would I run. Besides she said she was going to show them the tape. So I stayed so they can see the tape and see how unprofessional and unbalanced she was. These managers that call the police on customers because they don't want to do what's right need to be held accountable. The young lady lied and said that I yelled and was aggressive However the employee there said I wasn't in any way aggressive or rude. This store has 2 stars so that lets you know how bad the service is! If you provide the right service there will be no issue! When you make a mistake you admit it! Read moreI love Chipotle, but this brand new establishment hasn't exactly gotten off to a good start. Ordered a burrito at 10:45am for an 11am mobile pick up order on 05/21/22. Got to the mobile drive-thru lane at the designated time, and was told they didn't have my order. After checking again, they said they just received it. I was told to park in the parking lot, and wait 10 minutes. After waiting 10 minutes I proceed into the store, and I'm told that it's still not ready, all the while multiple people have managed to walk in, get their food made to order, and walk out while I'm still waiting. Needless to say, this was not a great first impression.
UPDATE Despite the problems with my first visit, I decided to give this location another chance. Sadly, it was even worse. During my second trip on 06/18/22 to the State Ave location, my order was once again not ready at the designated pickup time. It was also lacking the large chips and queso that should've accompanied my burrito. Thankfully I discovered this oversight before I left, and they quickly provided it. Once I got home however, I discovered that the cheese quesadilla meal that I had ordered for my daughter was burnt, and worse they didn't include any of the three sides of rice, beans, and guacamole that should've come with the meal.

The wait if you order ahead is ridiculous, got stuck in the drive thru lane for about 20 minutes while the app said my food had been ready for pick up. Instead of telling the car ahead to pull forward I was trapped in the line and could’ve just gone inside to grab my order but come to find out it had been marked ready and wasn’t even ready by the time I got up there. I really want to like this location because there are some sweet workers here but it’s literally always something wrong when we come in here and we come in quite often because it’s the closest location. Waiting for a mobile order now that said it would be ready at 7:00pm and I don’t even see my food remotely being made. Didn’t order anything for myself because I was initially told there wasn’t anymore steak or brisket for the night, then I was told about 7 minutes, and then someone else 10 minutes later was told they don’t know when it would be ready. I do not blame the workers at all I blame poor management for not utilizing their staff properly or having their location properly stocked.
